This was a lovely Christmas present from my husband for 1 night and this hotel did not dissapoint. We arrived well before check in time and the receptionist. I think she was called Chritina Hernandez was very helpful, she did her best to find us a room that was ready and upgraded us free of charge to "The Level" rooms...

This hotel is ideally located but we chose this because of the fantastic reviews. We must have stayed in a different Melia Alicante!! We were first assigned a room that you literally could not move around the bed in there was such little space between the bed and the wall & this was AFTER paying an extra €100 at check...

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, pool very disappointing but location makes up for it. Quiet rooms, stunning views and 2 minutes from beach, cafes and shops. We have stayed here 3 times and I would go back in a heart beat. It's not cheap but if you shop around you can get reasonable rooms. We were b/b as there are sooo...

Arrived at hotel mid afternoon, stayed in the hotel before, check in was quick and straightforward. We were initially given a marina view but asked for a sea view which was not a problem. Room was spacious and well decorated, lovely view over sea/beach. Room cleaned daily but can be quite late before cleaners get to you. Mini bar is...

This is our second visit to the Level at Melia Alicante, our first since the move to the 1st floor. We were warmly greeted by Lucia on arrival and given the option to upgrade. Lucia was kind enough to let us view the other rooms before making a decision. We upgraded to a suite which was brilliant. The little extras...

Was lucky enough to stay here in late January. Location is PERFECT, short walk into town with plenty of food and bars around. Beach on one side marina on the other. Honestly got to be the best located hotel on East Coast! I upgraded to suite which was large and comfy. Although bathrooms especially could do with refurb. Breakfast area...

All the staff have a bit of attitude problem, range from the guy at the reception to the floor manager to the senior manager. Very weird atmostphere, even for a big and impersonal place like this. We stayed there for one night. At around 8am, a cleaning knocked and walked into the door. I asked "why?" "We are checking out...

Lovely city plenty of delicious tapas. The Melia Alicante is in a lovely position with the marina on one side and the beach on the other. I would recommend bed and breakfast because the restaurants are plenty offering good reasonably priced food.

This hotel is in a fantastic location right between Alicante beach and marina, with great views depending on your room. It is extremely convenient for the hotel bus since the main stop is about 100m from the entrance. The breakfast is probably the best one I have had at a hotel in Europe with a wide range of food items...
