We stayed here to visit alicante centre as we wanted a reasonably priced hotel with parking and good access to the city. The hotel fulfilled all that, free parking, short walk to tram stops. The hotel was clean if a little tired in places, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was included and had a variety of fruit, breads etc and...

Horrible - DO NOT BOTHER with family room. On arrival we were told that none of the family rooms have ocean views, they overlook the pool. The pool was not only closed but was being dug up very noisily with jack-hammers. The balcony on our room was also locked and we were not allowed to use it for "safety reasons"....

We came back and went up to the third floor opened the door and wow the room had been smoked in so much we both started coughing. We...

In the hotel we were looked after by the team and always made to feel welcome. Food was good, room was always clean and tidy and the set menu...

The hotel was great from the minute we walked in- there was a clean, crisp feel about the place with lovely décor. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, the corridors were well kept. Our room was nice enough too, nicely decorated with a balcony, immaculately clean, lovely view, could not fault it. The bar of the hotel was also...
