Lets start with the positive: friendly and helpfull staff, very clean, large bathroom and room, many tvchannels and good wifi. But: rooms badly furnished; small bed, few cupboards or drawers where to put your clothes, very small officedesk, lots of empty/unused space. Bad functioning airco, thus quite hot. Noisy street when sleeping with open window. The advertised terrace on the 7th...

If visiting Alicante you couldn't ask for a more central hotel. It is located in a beautiful old square surrounded by bars and restaurants.Travelled with my Sisters and we had a large room overlooking the square with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.Bathroom was large, towels changed daily. Breakfast was fine with scrambled eggs and bacon, yoghurts, fruit, cheeses and pastries.Main problem at...

A lovely hotel in an excellent location ideal for the beach or visiting the town for shopping food and drinks. The hotel is situated in a lovely square and is simple but ideal for a short stay. Would certainly revisit

Stayed here with my partner for four days and was very happy with out decision. Budget hotel and fantastic views of the city and santa Barbara castle. Clean rooms and communal areas, roof top gym and small sauna room/wet room. Friendly staff and in a great area for the beautiful views of Alicante beach and old styled shops and restaurants....

As above, great location, wasn't sure whether to give 3 or 4 rating (very difficult) gave 4 because of location only. Would say hotel is a good 3 star not 4 star. Good breakfast, pastries, scrambled egg, yogurts, cereals, etc. Clean and tidy dining room, although a little small for the hotel, and had to wait around on one occasion...

Lovely hotel, great staff. Would have needed the air conditioning to be working as opening the balcony doors was not an option. The noise levels from street, Holy Week ceremonies and revellers continued throughout the night until 4am at which point the street cleaning and construction work began. That said, Alicante is a Lovely city, perfect mini break and loads...

I stayed in the Eurostars Mediterranea Plaza Alicante this week for a girls trip with one of my friends. Here's a tip before I talk about the hotel - if you're coming from the airport don't pay for transfers. The C6 bus (on arrival head up to the top floor and out of the departures area and the bus stop...

Stayed for one night. Receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient. Room large with balcony overlooking the square and the castle but close to a fairly busy road which disturbed my sleep. However the balcony was in an extremely poor state of repair with rotten wood so I didn't make use of it other than to air the room. Bedding was...
