Detailed Reviews
This hotel was chosen for the group so it would not have been my choice in the area. It was clean, with a comfortable king size bed however had unusual pillows that were uncomfortable. The room was dark due to a small window 4 ft off the ground. There is a large 6 ft desk, a refridgerator and plenty of clothes storage. The bathroom is well lit with a tub/shower combo which is not my favorite. The. Breakfast had many selections and apparently had eggs to order but that was not made

Dear H1512, First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel during your stay in the area with the group, we are very glad for your comments. About breakfast, we have hot egg on request, you must order to the waitress for it. We hope to see you again Kind regards,

Good basic hotel! Very clean modern rooms and building. We asked for some extras during breakfast and they were provided (COVID so no buffet available). Very happy with the service as well. Is located in a more industrial area, and yet it is quiet. They recommended a restaurant in Palmones (5 minute drive) which was really great as well!

This is a nice and clean hotel for visiting the Campo de Gibraltar area. Friendly staff. There is a shopping centre/industrial estate next door, and plenty of parking. Palmones is 3 minutes away if you want to eat better (the staff recommended it to us and they were right). The only drawback is the lack of lighting from the streetlights in the hotel area, which makes it less attractive at night.

Make the reservation confident that it could be a quality hotel, but what I found is far from it, it really is not a four star hotel, I would say two.
This hotel is old, very poorly preserved, the carpet of the hallway is totally full of bleach stains and other things, the doors totally knocked, as for the rooms although it is true that it has a proper size, they are not too clean, the closet is full of dust. As for the bathroom, the hot water does not work well.
As for services, we arrived on a Saturday night and the restaurant was closed, we had to go out to dinner, the hotel is in a polygon and totally without lighting.
We also had a pet and we were charged 25 euros for it, but we were not put in a bed to sleep or even a bowl of water so that the animal could drink. They allude that they charge you for cleaning, but they have to keep in mind that it is a matter of education and sometimes the two-legged, stain more than the four-legged. I understand you may be charged, but at the very least they'll leave you something where I can sleep, eat and drink the animal. I also feel that the cleaning will be exactly the same, I opened the window of the room before we left to be ventilated and you can not imagine how the windows and windows were..
We used the garage and I thought I would go out the wrong door, the one that faced directly to the street, I think nobody had passed by, it was full of cobwebs..
I'm sure we won't be seen in that hotel again.

This is hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting, filthy, and smelly common areas. Out of three elevators, only one works. Breakfast? For the first time in all my hotel stays, no matter where I’ve been, there were always eggs and hot breakfast options—except here. Not only that, I had to go through about 8 glasses before I found one that wasn’t filthy. And even that one wasn’t clean, just the least dirty. That’s beyond insane. Spoiled milk, and to top it off, the soy milk was also bad. This was a complete disaster. Maybe other people in Spain, where they don’t seem to care about standards, but for anyone who knows how a hotel should operate, this is absolutely unacceptable. Just the day before, I stayed at the NH Marbella hotel and had no such issues (except for the equally awful internet). NH Group really needs to start inspecting their hotels more rigorously. This is beyond unacceptable.
On top of that, the room was oddly arranged. If I wanted to sit at the desk under the TV, no one could pass by to get to the bed. The phone by the bedside made this weird buzzing noise in the middle of the night, so I had to disconnect it. The bedside lamp on the right was broken. I’ve honestly never seen so many things go wrong in one hotel in my life.
But the thing that drove me absolutely insane the most? The internet.
Are you kidding me with this internet? Or are you just mocking your guests at this point? What exactly is this supposed to be? Having an internet speed of 1Mbps download and 0.3Mbps upload in this day and age is beyond unacceptable—it's outrageous. Does this hotel even realize what century and year we’re in? This wouldn’t have been acceptable 15-20 years ago, let alone today. It’s an absolute insult and a complete disregard for your customers. You've utterly ruined my entire stay.

Dear Ms_devel First of all, thank you for your loyalty to NH and apologize for what happened. We have already transmitted your suggestions to the corresponding departments and companies involved, such as the internet. About our hot products (eggs, bacon,.. etc.) for our breakfast, they are not displayed but they are made at the moment by requesting it from our colleagues in the restaurant, on the tables there are some tents that explain it, I am very sorry that no one has informed you. We hope you give us another chance, Kind regards,

We stayed at this hotel due to our travel plan. Did not like the experience at all. They do not recognize your GHA Discovery status and provide no benefits at all. The receptionist was very rude to us and claimed that she was tired, I told her we would like to check in and she looked at us and said "what name?" Am I checking into a 4-star NH branded hotel or a hostal? LOL. The first room we got had strong cigarette smell and we had to ask to change the room. The food we ordered was cold and the chicken fillet was dry as if it was made in a microwave. The breakfast did not offer a lot of variety. Will not return.

Dear Mr. Y7729JQjake, First of all thank you for choosing our hotel. Sorry for all the inconvenience, I don't have words to explain it, just say you again, sorry. It is not normal, people are glad for the food and breakfast, you can find many types of bread, bakery, fruits, juices, you can order food at the moment (as omelette, eggs,...) We hope you will give us another chance. Kind regards

The warranty seal of the NH chain is once again visible in this hotel. Despite being slightly removed from the centre the facilities are at the same level as any other centrally located NH hotel. The professionalism of the workers is also excellent. Good value for money for a "getaway" to the Gibraltar countryside. Unbeatable situation if the trip is for work reasons

I booked this hotel without too much knowledge of the exact location. However I have to say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Spain. Fantastic staff, fantastic room and it was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in .

The truth is that very well, we arrived at the hotel and they gave us a superior room and gave us the parking because we were the star customers. And the super spacious room and the attention very well both at reception and in the dining room. We will certainly repeat.
