We didn't come here expecting entertainment onsite but there is a bar run by a couple of fun Dutch ladies who do Saturday community dinners, paella last week.
Mosa Trajectum is protected by security so we can leave our car open if we like and don't have to worry about thieves too much.
The unused golf courses offer pleasant walks for the dogs with beautiful landscaping in cactus and acacia trees and it's hot, hot, hot but hey, this is Spain, frypan of Europe. We are not far from Murcia, Cartagena, Alcazares, Torrevieja and Alicante so if you're coming here you need a car. We drove down through France from Roscoff.
This is not a place for young party goers but there are lots of beaches and two top quality bar / delicatessens within ten minutes with tapas to die for. Mosa Projectum is a great bolt hole, a pleasant protected place to retreat.
Reading some of the previous comments we feel these people must live in a different world from us. They have not enjoyed the real Mosa Trajectum. If you want more information and/or access to very reasonably priced accommodation in the middle of the Muria region at Mosa trajectum, contact me.

I can answer those questions as it looks very un-lived in and it looks like we could be the first people this year to have stayed in the villa flamenco.
The whole site is very limited as far as things to do. There is only a pop up bar with free wifi in the central area that has TV, fuss ball and table tennis and two very welcoming hosts who arrange various evening events including bingo, paella night and the night after we go BBQ night.
The two ladies who run the bar are fantastic the are very welcoming and the wifi is great which is amazing as there is very little else here.
The closest shop is the petrol station just outside the entrance but it is great as it has fresh bread every day so worth the trip from the villa flamenco 5 minutes walk.
This may be making it sound a lot better than it is if you had googled it and seen some images when it was at its best about 10 years ago.
There is a lot of the resort that is not developed and the golf course is derelict as there has been know one one running it for years and years. As it has not been developed everything that was here has closed but it has been kept in quite good order saying it has been empty for years. There are not enough people staying here to have anything open that would make any money.
I think it would take €Millions to get it back to the good old days of 10 years ago and with there being a golf resort just up the road know one in their right mind would spend that money.
We had an empty villa (for years) next to us that had an empty pool and over grown garden but you just zone out from this as our villa was actually quite roomy and well kept in the circumstances.
In summary I have two children 15 and 18 and I am married and we were bored in the evening so we ended up driving to near by San Javier for anything to do in the evening or the day other than the bar.
If you want good value for money and a very quiet place to stay that is 15 minutes drive from anything else this would actually be a really nice place if you stay near the central area where we stayed but if you want what you have seen in most of the pictures for the villas that you can rent then try somewhere else but it will be almost twice the money.
We have just booked to return in September when the weather will be a little cooler!
The curries were very runny containing not much meat at all the naan breads were cold and hard. This place seems to be going downhill a little. The food used to be very good...Sadly not anymore
And that there is nothing to do on the MosaTrajerctum resort, which is completely NOT true.
There are tennis courts free of use, you can walk endlessly trough the near mountains, hiking, cycling etc. There is also a nice bar ruined by 2 very friendly ladies organizing every week several events specially in high season and next to the bar a small playing space for kids.
People that book directly by a owner always have problems see other comments.
My advise is book with a Company like Villa Solera Service. They tell you exactly what is and what isn't, so no surprises or disappointments.
Stay there 2 times 2016 and in 2017 and if you really like to relax this is one of the best places I have been.
I don't like stories of people that put a bad name on a nice place like this because they expected something else or are more All inclusive people hotel people that like to be pampered the whole day
This beautiful side of Spain, the Murcia area (Baños y Mendigo) is still authentic Spain and is not like a touristic fabric like Benidorm etc.
Here some facts:
By car:
Beaches within 20 minutes
Murcia city within 15 minutes
2 real good (cheap as well) Spanish restaurants in close range (1 walking distance 8 minutes)
-Big waterpark within 15 minutes
-Exclusive wine tour with fantastic lunch in Jumilla (half day trip)
"It's situated in Mercia and nearer to the new airport, but need a car to get around , preferred La Torre , nr Roldan town ."Read full review
