This is a large hotel with average facilities. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming. Buffet dinner and breakfast choices average compared to other hotels we stayed at. Our room was very large and had Japanese décor which was pleasant.
Clean rooms with Japanese style sleeping on raised platforms with tatami mats. However wifi facilities were not available in the rooms and only available on the ground floor. A seating area with tables and chairs are provided for guests who wish to use the wifi....More
Stayed 4 nights in Hokkaido, 3 nights at two other hotels and the last night at the Hotel Daiheigen because it was a good place to stop on our way back to the airport.
