Too many house rules won't attract tourists to spend money for your resort just so you know. Strict rules just to make customer spend a lot of money plus very expensive room rates. .o. I won't recommend you for a return visit/vacation. UNFRIENDLY AND UNFAIR PRICES. Other resort deserves customers money.

We chose to stay at Rosal because of the facilities they have which consists of having a clean and presentable room. The rate for the whole cottage for 10 persons is a bit pricey at 8,500 knowing that they have a so-so customer service. I don't want to believe my friends who stayed before how bad the service they provide,...

Rosal Resort is really a class A resort, and it goes with the pricey rooms, strict guards, strict owner and wish they are more friendlier to clients/guests and should be service oriented and not like a private house type of resort.. In fairness, they accommodated only 2 guests to see their rooms and facilities. They serve food on a limited...

We got the Rosal room- it was clean and spacious enough for 2, room comes with a TV with 4 channels, A/C looks new, fridge and kettle as well. It also has a balcony with partial sea view but that's it.For the price we paid it wasn't worth it. Breakfast is included in the rate but it wasn't good at...

On my recent visit to rosal beach I was informed I cannot enter even paying enterence fee. An additional p500 was required to rent a cottage i did not need or want. So if your going there to relax on the beach be prepared to pay additional cost to actually enter the beach. I am a traveller. I visit many...

I saw Rosal Beach Resort in one of the episodes of Kris Aquino's travel show. I was so excited to visit the place last December 2014. I arrived their around 5:30 PM. Unfortunately they have no available room except the cottage costs 2,500. That's the only place that they recommend to me. Since I am not fully aware of the...

The rooms are dismal. They charge P2800 for cottages in the beach front, when the difference in distance is merely 10m from the regular cottages which is P2000, so don't be fooled. It felt like a big rip off. The bathrooms are too cramped. The toilet is facing the wall, so you have to sit sideways for you to fit....

the bad 1. no good food 2. a whooping deposit of 1000 pesos for using their utensils (fork spoon plates etc.). we tour on bikes so we don't bring utensils with us. 3. parking discrimination - bikes are not allowed to park on the shaded parking lot but on the hilly side under the sun instead. 4. no quality service...

before we booked at Rosal resort, i really tried to look for articles about Gumasa and the best resorts there. we ended up at Rosal Beach Resort, and it was a good choice. first of all, we stayed at their Palmera room -- 7 thousand pesos, good for 10 persons, maximum of 15 pax (extra beds). palmera room is a...

Hyped up because a local controversial celebrity raved about it in her show. So we endured the 3 hour drive (scenic in some parts) and expected to be wowed! Fat chance. Firstly, they took too much time deciding whether to let us in - resort guards were apparently not informed we had confirmed bookings. We left downtown General Santos at around...
