My friend and I stayed in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu for 5 nights from 11 to 16 January 2017. Having stayed there last year and were impressed by it, I'd high expectations which were all met. Before arrival, the concierge helped me to book a number of restaurants (a couple of which are usually very difficult to book because of...

Dear Egon70, Thank you very much for your continued support and for taking the time to write us a review. The East and West views offers a very different experience one from the other. East provides a view on the Diet Building and its illumination during night, the Imperial Palace and its gardens (although quite far) and the Tokyo Sky...

Wonderful hotel in a super location: just behind the parliament, next to Prime Minister house, view on Imperial Palace Luxury hotel. Very big rooms for Tokyo standards. Modern, peaceful and with a nice traditional Japanese touch. You could not find a better place to relax after a day in bustling Tokyo Great staff, very caring. Definitely the best in Tokyo

We were booked in for 6 nights at the Capitol Hotel Tokyu, and that was possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed during my trips to Tokyo (second to the Ritz Carlton). The location of the hotel was amazing as it is directly linked to not one, but two subway stations which are the "Tameike-sanno" and "Kokkai-gijido-mae" subway...

Dear FRXY, Thank you very much for your 5 stars review. Our Nespresso machines are a relatively new amenity we added to our rooms and we received a large amount of good feedback about those. We contacted our restaurant Management and provided them a copy of your review. The more comments we receive about the breakfast, the easier it is...

I stayed for 2 nights from the 3rd to the 5th of January. It was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable; staff very helpful and professional. The swimming pool was a great place to relax. We ordered room service and liked the food. We arrived early on the first day and were able to go to our room as...

Stayed at this hotel during our December holiday visit to Tokyo. Great family (corner) room. We found the hotel clean and good looking with an excellent location on top of 2 subway stations. We also experienced great service by hotel staff when organizing an (external) restaurant booking and help with luggage forwarding service. On the lower grounds there is a...

Staff, rooms and dining were excellent. We wanted to do the club rooms but they weren't available. The staff, especially the female conceirge was super helpful. This is the second time we have stayed there and love it. The train station is below the hotel as is a Seven Eleven so it made it very convenient. We stayed there four...

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The room is big, including very spacious toilet. Everything was very clean and neat. Once we reached the hotel on the 1st night, our luggages were already stored in the room. The location is great as well, the MRT station is just below the hotel :) Excellent service :)

Every aspect of this hotel felt thoughtful and considered. Service was attentive and impeccable. Bed was comfortable. The layout of the room, bathroom and shower were genius, and I enjoyed a spectacular view overlooking the shrine towards Shinjuku. Restaurant was comfortable and the food delicious, and the Capitol bar was a welcome, private respite after a long day. I look...

Beautiful ultra modern hotel, decorated in high quality materials throughout. Service is perfect. We were there for three nights and booked three rooms. Corner room is long and narrow. Great location near subway station and near area where there are bunch of restaurants from regular to high end. You won't run out of options. We are there for a week and had dinner at different restaurant each night. The room is impeccable and large for Tokyo standard. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. We had a perfect stay there.

Dear Muthuuu M, Thank you very much for your review.
