Terrible customer service. We arrived 10 minutes before the ‘official’ check in time. We weren’t even made aware there was an ‘official’ check in time. They had the audacity to try to charge an early check in fee for 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

sequence SUIDOBASHI hotel offers an excellent location! sequence SUIDOBASHI hotel is located close by the Tokyo Dome subway station and on the SUIDOBASHI train link which offers convenient links in and around Tokyo. We stayed in a Triple room (double bed with queen bunk bed.) The rooms were clean, up-to-date and the amenities were well provided. The hotel café was good and offered a decent brunch. Close by Komeda's Coffee (melon soda,) Marugame Seimen Tokyo Dome City (simple yet delicious noodle chain.) We found sequence SUIDOBASHI hotel to be very convenient for our family's needs.

Terrible, it smells horribly musty on level 10, it’s very very dusty, the check-in process is inefficient, the staff are slow and it’s noisy being right next to the train tracks! I will not be returning ever.

A hotel that has been on my mind for a while with interesting room types. This time I used it for family business and sightseeing in Tokyo.
The first thing that surprised me was the proximity to the station. Lately, there are occasional sudden heavy rains, but even then it seems like we can manage.
It was a "BunkBed2" type room, but it looks a bit small to enjoy a hotel stay, but there was also the excitement of a bunk bed, so I guess there was no deduction.
(Even as an adult, bunk beds are kind of fun, right?)
Other good things about the postseason
・Check-out at 14:00
・Separate bath and toilet
· Luggage storage before and after check-in is smooth with no waiting time as it is a system to lock your own luggage or put it in a locker (this was really good!)

· The light in the bathroom was very bright but the light in the shower booth was dark
· I think it can't be helped because it is a bunk bed, but the air conditioning was too different between the upper and lower levels
