For my last night in Japan I opted to stay at the Palace Hotel mostly due to its close proximity to Tokyo Station (wanting to make my trip to the airport the next day as easy as possible). From check-in to check-out the service and attention to detail was exceptional! I lucked out and was able to get an upgrade...

Attention to every detail. I stayed there some 30 years ago, good memories, and coming back to the recently renovated Palace was a very nice reunion. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and thats a few.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Is located near the palace which makes it perfect for tourists although is not in the touristic center per se. The views from the room were unbeatable and there was a perfect calm to enjoy a good night sleep. The rooms are fully equiped with many details that upgrade your stay to...

We only stayed overnight before our flight back but the hotel is new nicely decorated and the staff was nice. Not the very best hotel among Tokyo 5 stars hotels (mandarin four season etc) but a little less expensive and still a good choice.

Our number 1 choice in Tokyo. Distinguished elegance at its best. Second stay as LH club member. Upgrade not granted as "on availability" only. Room seemed smaller than the traditional deluxe room layout (far away from elevator). Breakfast: very busy, different buffets, all choices available (Western and Japanese) Great Chinese restaurant: food was delicious, meticulous service. However, Peking duck is...

I enjoyed every minutes of my stay and this is the best hotel I ever stayed in my life. The hotel is located in front of Imperial Palace and the view from my balcony was unforgettable. The room was spacious and super clean. I saw three housekeepers came to turned down the room one night. The upgraded bathroom amenities and...

A relatively new hotel very near to the Imperial Gardens. The staff were attentive without being overpowering and always eager to help. There is a reasonable shopping centre in the basement that offers some cheaper dining options than those on offer in the hotel. Worth knowing that the transit time from the hotel to airport on the Hotel Airport Coach...

Stayed here for 3 nights back in November. Picked this hotel because we had previously stayed here in 2015 and was very impressed with its location and service. It is peaceful in a beautiful surrounding and that is very hard to come by in Tokyo where most of the luxury hotels are located on high floors on an office building....

We really enjoyed our four night stay in this hotel. It was our first trip to Tokyo and the hotel had been recommended to us. The rooms are large and have a spacious balcony offering great views across the Imperial Palace area and part of the Tokyo skyline. It has a good mix of formal and casual dining and bars....

This was a pretty neat hotel. But I would also say that it requires a pretty penny too. No matter, as it is absolutely worth it. The rooms we had where so cool. I loved playing with the electronic curtains. One thing I've noticed about Japan is that hotels pride themselves on having amazing bathrooms. And this place was no...
