My trip 23 til 25 april is in this hotel. The room is big. The swimming pool and spa is good. The swimming pool facilities is not free you must pay 1000 yen. But the location is verry good. The breakfast also great. Great value over all

Stayed here for 3 nights with our almost 2 year old, upon arrival after a frankly hellish flight we were told our room was double booked, however after a short wait we were shown to a beautiful suite for the first night and then had to move rooms for the following two nights, not ideal but the staff were most...

The Imperial hotel is classic style and service. The staff extremely attentive, courteous and polite. The service we experienced in the Aqua bar on 17th floor, just wonderful. The rooms are spacious, but not overly luxurious for the price paid. The hotel is well located to the gardens and Imperial Palace, flowering beautifully is early spring made walking a pleasure....

We stayed in the Imperial Hotel for a meeting and were most impressed by the friendly and helpfull service. We did not like our original room and the staff handled our query very efficiently even though there was a very high occupancy rate. We were very satisfied with the room that we moved to. The hotel is well positioned near...

Rooms are a bit old and that's really a shame for this great old dame. It has great location and near to everything. Especially the subway with options on more than 2-3 lines Service is impeccable and the coach from the airport directly to the hotel helps greatly.

The hotel is located in central Tokyo, close by to the Imperial palace and the surrounding ground – it would be nice to walk there during good weather. It is also close by to Ginza – probably about 10-15 mins walk – the high end shopping area and plenty of restaurants. It is also very close to the underground station,...

I am managing two meetings and a group dinner at this location and I really like the staff support here...they are impeccable. The location is also amazing. Located close to the TIF (Tokyo International Forum) - walking distance approximately 4-5 blocks away (approximately 5 min walk), this is an ideal location for business meetings if you are attending a conference...

This place, among the many great choices in the area, was amazing. Against my better judgment, I picked it rather than some of the more boutique style places around the Ginza, and was happy to have to done so. Maybe some of the smaller places would have been more personal, but at a huge price difference, and most were not...
