I'll start by mentioning the obvious - this hotel is right on a busy train line and you can hear train noise in the rooms. If you think this may be an issue for you, don't book this hotel

walking distance to train station, airport bus goes to the main dai ichi hotel next door. its just a road beside.

Ideal for business travellers given the location. The rooms are much smaller than Daiichi Hotel but the service is EXCEPTIONAL.
For a foreigner, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet -- the selection of Japanese items was great!
