This hotel looked like it was once a premier hotel in Tokyo. Today, while dated, it still has impeccable service, large rooms (for Japan) and offers a brilliant location. It's proximity to the CBD attracted lots of business travellers but regular tourists, such as myself, can enjoy the area for its parks and restaurants. The imperial palace and east gardens...

We travel to Tokyo for family vacations in April 2017 and we stayed in this hotel. This is not new hotel but you can reach this hotel directly by limousine bus or by train and metro this hotel very close to metro station. The Staf and the manager very kind and helpful when we need something. So the only negative...

Just a few steps to train stations. very near Imperial Palace and Philippine Embassy. hotel staff are very helpful. Room given was good except for the hotel view was not so nice from the side area. we expected the beack area where you can see nature and the Sakura trees. Overall, the hotel was good. food inside is quite pricey....

The room is very spacious and the view fantastic. Recommend it for business travelers. Close to Yasukuni Shrine for those interested in history. Great for runners because it's close to the palace. Quiet neighborhood.

Hotel Grace Palace is located in a business area. I booked the room for 3 persons, and they gave us three double size beds (one of them is a sofa bed), very spacious and comfortable. It's less than 10-minute walk from Nippon Budōkan, it's quite convenient if you are there for concert like we did. There are three 24H convenient...

I spent here 5 nights on a business trip. Relatively small room and bathroom (welcome to Tokyo) you can tell it's quite aged and would probably need some refurbishment. Excellent service at front desk, conveniently located (5 mins walking from Kudanshita station), it's definitely comfortable and quiet. Plenty of cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood. An ok option reasonably priced,...

Really enjoyed my time here. Staff were amazing. Really close to the metro system about a 100-200m walk. Many shops near by and really easy to get around. Would stay here again. Place is clean and food is amazing I'd actually recommend go to the smaller Japanese restaurants. Food is cheaper and nicer.

This hotel is great. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and many European tyoe of things. However the room was too small and the hotel it a little bit old. Location is not good, but has a metro station near (5 minuts walking).

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, good location, friendly staffs. There're a lot of convenient stores and some subway stations around the hotel, which I think it's considered a good location. It's easy to travel to shibuya, shinjuku using its nearby subways. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly in assisting which subway you should take, giving directions etc. I found yukata...

Staying in Yotsuya / Iidabashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
