Excellent central location next to Tokyo station, Imperial Palace, Ginza. Extremely quiet for being in such a busy city. Very helpful friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet!

Very good hotel if you are in central Tokyo. Service extremely nice and smiling and efficient. The restaurant is also very agreeable, french food, simple and well priced. You can have you room facing the Tokyo Station, which would bring some noise from the trains (but not loud enough to be a nuisance) or on the other side, facing the... More

Our twin room on the 12th floor was standard for this hotel, and we found it to be roomier than expected for Tokyo because the layout was functional. The sitting area was comfortable and good for eating take-out breakfast. The beds were also comfortable and decently spaced (unlike some "twins" where the mattresses are next to each other). Decor gave... More

Of the four that I was selecting, this hotel was originally my second choice due to its cost per night was a bit more than the other three but still consider very reasonable given its central location next with the Tokyo Railway Station, along with many many shopping malls and eateries they host,. So it is perfect for business travellers.... More

Good service comes first for the Japanese and this hotel just proves it. It is beautifully centrally located. Easy to reach. Great rooms which are quite spacious as per the tokyo standards I've heard. I love the way these guys treat their guests. I am in love with their hospitality.

The hotel has direct access with the subway level and you can get to and from Narita Express in 5 min without getting wet if it rains. Room are immaculate, breakfast pretty good, and the service is perfect. No gym, but a reflexology parlour if you like massages. Lots of dining options around.

Overall a quite convenient hotel, just in front of the train station, 500mts from the Palace and close to most of the financial district. Nice rooms, well equipped and overall good attention. Breakfast just Ok, and unfortunately no gym.

If you're looking for a hotel in Tokyo that's both comfortable and convenient, then Marunouchi Hotel is all you need! I stayed here last week for business and found everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious for Japan standards and the bathroom was new (had all the amenities that you'd expect from a 5 star hotel).... More

It is very convenient that the hotel is next to the Tokyo Station. However, the hotel is little bit old. The room is not big, the bathroom is relatively spacious. There is a bathtub and I like the chair in the bathroom so much. The service is quite good. I will stay again if the price can be lower.

Before booking this hotel I read the reviews and I was scared to meet the staff. Knowing that the level of courtesy and service in Japan is of the highest standard, I was amazed to read about the staff being rude at this hotel. I can tell you: I met him! I met the first and only man in Japan... More
