I liked very much the hotel, more spacious than I was expecting in such a prime location. Very good in every aspect. The only minor repair is the somewhat limited offer of the American breakfast. In the same building there is a big bookshop, with perhaps the best English books department in Tokyo.

Stayed for 6 days at this wonderful hotel. The airport limousine shuttle drops you right at the entrance of the hotel and you can have a pick up arranged from the hotel to the airport as well.It costs 3100 yen each way. First impression of the room was that it was very spacious by Tokyo/Japanese standards. The rooms were immaculately clean and...

Just in font of the Tokyo Central Station, thus easy to be reached by train, metro or taxi. Rooms spacious, comfortable, clean. A French and a Japonese restaurants, both very good. Employees helpful and kind. Wi fi gratis and works well.

I booked a larger room to only discover that the extra "space" was in the hallway which is required to enter the end of hall room. What a sever disappointment to find out the hotel was dishonest from booking. This is not the level of service one would expect from a company who prides themselves on providing a product that...

As others have said, the hotel is in a great location for access to Tokyo Station. It is also close to the bus station for transfers to Haneda Airport. I'm not sure about Narita but I found it a lot easier to use the bus service than the metro. Check in and service is excellent, as are most places in...

This hotel is a primary choice when visitng Tokio. Wonderfully located above the main station, offers all the amenities of a grand hotel. The huge lobby is amazing. The view from most of the room in the high floors is unparalleled. Love this place.

This hotel is just on the other side of north exit of Tokyo station, and that makes it ideal as a fixed point for visiting. Service was flawless, i do not really understand some of the bad notes for this; I arrived and stayed as a foreigner alone but did not have any issues with availability or language. Decoration of...

We where in Tokyo for business, the location is very good, you have everything near by... very close to the subway and metro station. The room was ok, not very big but clean. The staff was very friendly.

We were really surprised by the nice big room and overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location was great, just steps away from Tokyo Station and a shopping centre - both having many great restaurants to explore and enjoy. The hotel also has nice restaurants and a bar with a neat view overlooking the trains. Although it is quite...

The hotel is centrally located just next to Tokyo Station which makes it very convenient if you want to catch the bullet trains or inter-city trains. Rooms are clean and larger than most of the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms. Staff were also super helpful.
