Favorite hotel in Tokyo due to location, staff and breakfast. Only negative is that there is absolutely no place to store clothes. There is a small hanging closet. Rooms are small but doable except for that issue. Not much time spent in room but it would be nice to unpack suitcase.

I've stayed here many times now. Of course it is very convenient, being inside the train station. The hotel has a great history as well. Nice big rooms, very well furnished, all state of the art amenities And yes - the breakfast is great !!

For some reason, I wasn't expecting a lot from this hotel. I had it in my head that the pictures online would of course be way better than what it actually was. That idea started to change when we entered the hotel from Tokyo station south exit, and we came across the beautiful bar/lounge area next to the reception area....

I stayed at The Tokyo Station Hotel early April. The hotel is in the station and very convenience. It's right in the middle of the town. During my visit, the people gathered in front of hotel to see the Emperor passed by. The service of the hotel was excellent. The hotel had a lady staff to escort and brought luggages...

Thoroughly loved staying. We came from Narita airport and emailed the concierge our tickets and they were waiting in front of our train when we arrived. Getting to the hotel would have been quite a challenge otherwise! Super polite easy check in could not do enough to help staff! Great room over looking one of the famed domes. Comfy king...

We had a surprisingly wonderful stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel on April 7 and 8, 2017. The hotel is beautifully renovated with rooms with high ceilings and modern, classy décor. The two exceptional differences between this hotel and other 5 star hotels is their Meet and Greet service at Tokyo Station from Narita Airport and escorting us to our...

No argument that convenience should have a price. And the Tokyo Station Hotel does exact an exorbitant premium for being integrated into the Tokyo Train Station - and what do you get for it? Yes you get an exquisitely appointed hotel. But is that enough? Why should your $500 night just pay for the luxurious appointments like Bulgari soaps in...
