Really like my stay. Great location, close to the biz places and good restaurants. Very easy to find whatsoever you need. 10 min by taxi from Gynza area. The b fast is ok and the bar need to be slightly better.

First time at this hotel. Will return again. Almost at the end of our stay here. Fantastic location, next to Tokyo Station. From here very easy to jump onto the many different train lines. Great facilities at the hotel. Efficient, courteous, helpful and very competent staff. Rooms exceedingly well kept, perfectly cleaned every day. Great house-keeping! Very safe. Sound proofing...

I stayed at this hotel whilst traveling for work in September 2016. Hotel is quite clean and tidy and the service is really good. Staff is fluent in English so I didn't have any difficulties communicating. Rooms are tiny as the usual case in Tokyo but I managed quite well. The best part of the hotel is it's location. Tokyo...

Room was compact but extremely well designed and finished, and very comfortable and quiet with everything necessary including a small desk. Excellent Japanese breakfast; western offering was quite tasty but more limited. Staff very, very helpful. Will happily stay here again.

We always choose this hotel whenever we visit Tokyo. We usually get the deluxe twin bedded room, we've got three kids under the age of 7. We've stayed in Shinjuku and Shibuya before but you can't beat being on top of the Tokyo station for convenience especially if you have a JR pass and book directly with the hotel for...

Superb location, next to JR Tokyo Station, and surrounded by business district and tourist landmarks. This makes the hotel even more convenient in terms of transporting, dining and shopping. Hotel staff are very efficient and willing to help. I'm impressed by the hotel concierge who put a lot of effort in trying to get restaurant reservations for us. The hotel...

Modern very clean room. Nice bathroom. Hotel very well located at northern end of Tokyo station in upper floors of Sapia Tower. Lots restaurants nearby and excellent transport links. Area fewer bars than other areas of Tokyo so less good if you want lots of drinking spots nearby. No cupboard space at all. Smaller room than other hotels I stayed...

Stayed here for 2 nights; you pay for location since this hotel is steps from the Nippombashi entrance to Tokyo Station (make sure you look for that particular exit/entrance! Not the Maranouchi entrance! it's the northwestern corner of the station.) There's a nearby Bellmart for any convenience items you need. It starts at the 27th floor of the Sapia Maranouchi...

The hotel’s location is its biggest sell. Superbly located at Tokyo Station with a direct underground access to Otemachi Station, we had easy access to a wide variety of subway lines, malls, food and shopping outlets. We had previously stayed close to Shinjuku station but feel that after staying here, this area is far better. Apart from the subway, the...
