Modern very clean room. Nice bathroom. Hotel very well located at northern end of Tokyo station in upper floors of Sapia Tower. Lots restaurants nearby and excellent transport links. Area fewer bars than other areas of Tokyo so less good if you want lots of drinking spots nearby. No cupboard space at all. Smaller room than other hotels I stayed... More

Stayed here for 2 nights; you pay for location since this hotel is steps from the Nippombashi entrance to Tokyo Station (make sure you look for that particular exit/entrance! Not the Maranouchi entrance! it's the northwestern corner of the station.) There's a nearby Bellmart for any convenience items you need. It starts at the 27th floor of the Sapia Maranouchi... More

The hotel’s location is its biggest sell. Superbly located at Tokyo Station with a direct underground access to Otemachi Station, we had easy access to a wide variety of subway lines, malls, food and shopping outlets. We had previously stayed close to Shinjuku station but feel that after staying here, this area is far better. Apart from the subway, the... More

For a short business trip to Tokyo and Osaka it was in the perfect position - the shinkansen platforms are less than a minutes walk - as are all the other JR local train lines making it a great hub to get around Tokyo as well (the hotel is owned by the Japan Rail group!) Don't arrive early - this... More

A bit difficult to find as at the top of the SAPIA Tower not clearly mentioned anywhere in the booking documentation. The lobby on 27th floor is dark and having a drink at the bar means being stuck between the restaurant and the lobby in front of the kitchen door. The room was tiny and over furnished for the small... More

Stayed for 4 nights, room was small, location was great - right next to Tokyo station. Breakfast was okay - nothing to brag about - same Western and Japanese selections for the 4 breakfasts I had. The gym was useless - no weights at all. One restaurant. In terms of amenities, not much. I did use the concierge service to... More

We love this hotel and returned because of our first experience staying here two years ago. The views are absolutely spectacular! We stayed in a corner room which is worth the extra money because the room is slightly larger and you get a better view. The room is small, but the views completely makeup for the room size. I love... More

It is just located beside the Tokyo Station. Perfect location! And if you stay at the room with the view of the train rails & nearby buildings, it is very beautiful at night and peaceful at morning. I strongly recommend this hotel for any type of travelers.

This hotel was a 24 hour arrival stopover before setting out for our Japan travel. It is located near the Imperial Palace which can be a highlight for any visit to Tokyo. The location was also excellent for proximity to the Tokyo Japan Railroad Station which we needed early the next morning. Although the room was somewhat small for two... More

We stayed here while on vacation. We loved the location-- close to tours and the train. Corner room on the 28th floor offered wonderful views of the city. Room was small (as expected for Tokyo) but furnished nicely. The staff was wonderful and helped us book tours and the executive bus to the airport. We ate at the restaurant in... More
