It is a bit old, but it easy to get metro station and walk to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. All in all it's good. However, if you are not good at going up and down the stairs, be aware of that there are stairs in front of the entrance and on the way to take the elevator in the lobby.

I was a little cautious as there weren't a lot of english reviews but this place was great! If Rick steeves came to Japan this is the type of place he would recommend. Small but not smaller than the usual Tokyo hotels . front desk staff all speak good English and were helpful with directions. We got this hotel as...

Located close to Higashi Ginza Station and the Kabuki za, this hotel offered great value for money in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms were clean, albeit a tad small for 3 people and their luggage (we evicted the chair to make more space), all the staff were great and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. No complaints...

The location was brilliant, just a 5 minutes walk to Higashi-Ginza Station and less than 10 minutes walk to Ginza Station. Tokyo Station was around 20 minutes away by foot; taking the taxi was about ¥1000. The Higashi-Ginza Station was just beside the Kabukiza Theatre, the theatre of traditional Japanese drama. There was a gallery and small rooftop garden on...

We stayed here with our two teenage children. We had two adjacent rooms - they were a decent size, very clean and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were great too and well equipped. The location is fantastic. An easy flat 20 minute walk from the railway station and just around the corner from the Ginza shopping area, the Kabuki theatre...

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay and helped us a lot in navigating though the landmarks in the city. The room is a great value for your money , and the neighborhood of ginza is simply fantastic.A...

The Ginza Daiei was our first stay in Tokyo and it was a really nice experience. We were a group of 4 people, seperated into 2 double bed rooms. Both rooms were great - super spacious, comfortable and absolutely clean. 90% of the guests were Japanese and honestly it was great to be not surrounded by too many tourist groups...

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is a great location! Typical Japanese hotel room.. very small, but nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location of this hotel for the price. It is near the city center with shopping, restaurants, and the subway. They also have a computer at the hotel where...

Had a very comfortable, no hassle stay at this hotel. The room was clean and has AC, flat screen TV, hot drink facilities. The room is fairly compact – not much room to spread out suitcases. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main attraction for this hotel is its location – 15 minute walking distance to Tsujiki-ji fish market,...

We booked a standard double non smoking room and the room had all the amenities we needed. The room was very small compared to that of other countries but that's very normal in Japan, we got used to that thereafter. The hotel is more suitable if you are a traveler who's purpose is to go out and do some sightseeing...
