Booked on Agoda, and was offered an upgrade for ten AUD a night. Had a look at both rooms and decided to upgrade to corner, larger, more modern room. Staff were friendly. Room was still small, with scuffs on the walls due to this. Fridge in room, but no safe. The lift is a highlight....old fashioned...Bing Bing Bing as you...

Stayed 4 nights in a deluxe twin room of about 30 sq m. Room was spacious, with a small living room. We could put two big luggages in the living room and still have space to walk. Bathroom was big, has plenty of toilet amenities and adequate handrails and towel rails. Everything in the room has a Parisian feel and...

The rooms are typically Japanese, small but everything is there and that suited us fine. Plenty of toiletries, teabags and whatever else you may need and the air conditioning worked well which is essential during the warmer season. Shower was great, strong pressure and hot so no complaints there at all. There is also a 7/11 convenience store next door...

The double rooms are small and in desperate need of a makeover. Overpriced for what you get. Great location - 3min walk to subway. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel and had no trouble finding breakfast options in the area. Wouldn't stay again.

Ginza is a fantastic area, front clean streets to helpful Japanese. The area is best veiwed at night when the building become alive with lights. They are some great bars and restaurants, in fact so many it was have to choose at times. We stayed for 3 nights but should have stayed from 3 weeks. The hotel offers a Japanese...

Arrived into Tokyo (booking this place as we want through immigration) and this was a great find. It was easy to travel to from the station and in an area with lots happening. It was a good stepping off point for shopping, walking up to the Imperial Palace and also a direct subway train to larger areas for bars etc....

The hotel receptionist arranged for our transfer to Hotel Monterey Ginza because their rooms couldn't accommodate 3 persons (without extra charge except for the extra bed). They found a way to help us even if it was our fault for not checking if 3 persons can fit it their rooms.

Booked this on the day so was a good price. Hotel room is very small but perfectly comfortable. Good shower and toiletries provided. Good location in a nice district, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Convenient but nothing special.

Hotel very nice located in Ginza close to the main road. We had a room with 2 single beds and we had to leave our baggage in the entrance cause we had no room near the beds. You can have breakfast in the restaurant San Michele on the ground floor or at the hotel Monterey close by. We only tried...

Stay 2 nights with family. Arrived from Narita & took limousine bus, alight at Courtyard by Marriott bus stop & took 800 meters walk to hotel. Check-in is a breeze.
