The hotel is in a great location, easy access to metro and subway and surrounded by restaurants and café. There are more rooms for improvement for staff, especially Europeans at reception need to put some smiles like locals.

Accor Plat Dec 16 Stay Stayed 2 nights. Two reasons - location and my Accor Membership. Price for my stay was within my budget. (Was going to stay again in March 17 but the rate was over USD$400 as hotel was 99.9% full) Quiet back street Ginza location with "in-building" subway access. The line that I needed was only a...

Excellent location, easily accessible with a small walk. The hotel is not easy to be fond as the entrance is in a small road and signs can be unseen. Rooms are bigger than the normal standard in Japan and enough for all you need to do in a room. Space is enough to open 2 bags leaving a slight space...

We stayed in the Mercure Ginza for 3 nights. Hotel is excellently located, near subway and Ginza shopping district. Large clean rooms, great local knowledge in front desk people and located amongst numerous restaurants.

Oddly, in Tokyo the highest level Accor property is a Mercure so my comments need to be read in that light (as well as a Platinum members. Positive points: Ginza location; cleanliness; welcoming staff; quite large rooms by Tokyo standards....

My friend and I stayed at the hotel when we first arrived in Tokyo from Narita Airport. It is located in the Ginza Shopping District about 7 blocks from Yarachuco Station which is one stop west on the Yamonote Line in Tokyo Station. We had very little difficulty finding it when we began looking up instead of across because many...

The hotel is adequate and well priced for Tokyo BUT it is in need of upgrading the rooms and specifically the bathrooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the nespresso machine a nice touch. the internet connection is also very good and fast. The hotel is quiet and that's good in Tokyo Ginza as its very commercial. It is...
