The hotel Mandarin in Tokyo has a fantastic view of Mount Fuji you can admire the highest mountain of Japan from almost everywhere in the hotel. My favorite spot to view this beautiful mountain from Mandarin Tokyo was the spa! It was amazing see the photos! The hotel is a little far but it was worth the subway rides. Love...

Staff are well informed and very professional. Service is fantastic without being too intrusive. The rooms are tastefully designed and the daily breakfast is adequate. Concierge is very experienced and can recommend restaurants according to our taste. This has overtaken the island shangrila Hong Kong as out favourite hotel in the world. One world to describe this hotel - superb!

The only thing to be improved or adjusted is to provide free internet connection and free WiFi to the hotel guests. This is almost a "must" criteria when we choose a hotel.

Let's say that having missed a connecting flight in Dubai and arriving a day late I wasn't in the best of moods when I checked-in at the Manadarin Oriental during mid-October. My mood soon lifted when I discovered that because we'd been delayed there was already an emergency pack waiting in the room. Better still I wasn't charged for the...

6 stars across the board. Heaven on earth. The room, food, service etc is all so amazing it's truly laughable. They only hire genuinely happy and incredible people. Best hotel stay anywhere ever. (Request mt Fuji view and be sure to eat their brunch)

I stayed at the MO Tokyo recently and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It's well-located, opposite to 3 buildings full of restaurants, just above the metro station, and next door to a department store. The rooms are big, well-decorated, with great views. However, what sets this hotel apart is their truly first class service. They are friendly, professional and courteous, and...

This hotel is well located, the rooms are great, huge with spectacular views ... However there are many hotels that can offer this in Tokyo, what differentiates the Mandarin vs these and possibly any other hotel I have visited globally is their unbelievably high standard of customer service. They greeted my mother and I by name through out the hotel....

After staying at Park Hyatt, Peninsula, and Mandarin Oriental, I must say that this hotel was my least favorite. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service, but I just didn't fall in love with it and here's why: - Location. While this is theoretically a good location, in reality there was nothing that was walking...
