This hotel is well located, the rooms are great, huge with spectacular views ... However there are many hotels that can offer this in Tokyo, what differentiates the Mandarin vs these and possibly any other hotel I have visited globally is their unbelievably high standard of customer service. They greeted my mother and I by name through out the hotel....

After staying at Park Hyatt, Peninsula, and Mandarin Oriental, I must say that this hotel was my least favorite. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service, but I just didn't fall in love with it and here's why: - Location. While this is theoretically a good location, in reality there was nothing that was walking...

4 day business trip to Tokyo and this hotel has it all. Rooms, amenities, location, view, service, food, healthy club...they don't miss a thing. World class hotel. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was excellent. Pizza over bar is nice option. Breakfast was civilized -- great service again. Health club is top rate -- open 24 hours full amenities. Look forward...

The Mandarin Oriental Tokyo is, for lack of a better word, outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Having been informed by my previous hotel of my impending arrival, the staff greeted me by name the moment the taxi doors opened. In the space of a minute, my luggage was out of the taxi...

What a spectacular hotel, located a short walk from the Tokyo Station. The lobby is on the 38th floor; my room was on the 30th floor, reached by the guest elevator, with an incredible view over the city. Print out the hotel map and use the names of the department stores and banks to easily find your way to this...

The Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo is a glamorous, beautifully-designed hotel in the central business district of Tokyo. The staff is incredibly polite, willing to assist and user-friendly. Guests are warmly greeted upon arrival and departure. The lobby bar and lounges are elegant, well-designed and have amazing views of this sprawling metropolis. The rooms are elegantly appointed and the beds are...

Location: Directly above Mitsukoshi-mae Metro Station, underground connects to Mitsukoshi department store and Coredo malls. Excellent Location with many restaurants around . Service: Overall service is good. Bell on ground floor entrance and the Lobby Floor staff on 38Fl. are courteous and prompt. Yet the concierge staff (except the two experienced ones) gave wrong info about Tsujiki Market and holiday....
