Recently stayed 8 days from October 31st to November 8th at this hotel and it was absolutely heaven. The room, the view, the amenities and the staff will pamper you so you won't want to leave, ever! You feel like royalty! If you left your exercise gear behind..no worries - they have workout shoes (your size) and exercise outfit (if...

How could you ask for better? Room on floor 33 was had a large king bed, sitting area and desk. Bathroom had every amenity possible and a very large tub. View at night was staggering and yes, on two of our four mornings we managed to see the snow capped Mt. Fuji between two skyscrapers. Staff were wonderful. Concierge helpful...

On a clear day I could see Mt. Fuji from both my room (31st floor) and from the restaurants (38th floor). On a cloudy day and at night views of the city were spectacular. Being above both the rail lines and the major freeway, I was entertained without having any noise to interrupt this serenity. The staff was more gracious...

My family and I stayed here for four nights in October. Everything about the hotel is very nice. The rooms are well furnished and have fantastic views. The fitness center is well equipped. The concierge was very helpful during he stay but also before we arrived. I emailed back and forth with them trying to get restaurant reservations and they...

The obvious is that this hotel is flat-out gorgeous -- the design is modern yet warm, and the sprawling height of the lobby overlooks Tokyo through giant floor-to-ceiling windows. On a cloudy day it feels like you are above the entire city. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed. Bathrooms are roomy, clean and modern. The service is the...

The hotel provided a 5 star service throughout. Great place to return home after a busy day in the city. Excellent restaurants, the only slight letdown was the breakfast which was good but have still seen better at this class/level of hotel. Standard Rooms are decent size although not huge, but well equipped and with a fantastic view over the...

I have just returned from a stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, which I have to say is almost perfect. Sitting on the 30-37 floor, it has amazing views over Tokyo, and exudes a quiet calm, that only great hotels achieve. The service is achingly good, from bell boys' to operate the lift, to a concierge that is happy...
