Great hotel and brilliant location - super close to everything we needed and the train station to get into the heart of the city! This was our first time visit to Japan and was made to feel very welcome!

My family has stayed multiple times at the Villa Fontaine Shidome location. When that was full this trip, we opted for the Kayabacho location. Boy were we disappointed. 1. Breakfast is terrible, a real let down considering the simple but high-quality breakfast at Shiodome. Kayabacho's baked goods were stale and unappetizing. 2. No ice machines on the room floors. This...

Stayed one night here, and it's located about a 20 min walk from Tokyo station. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were on the small side, but that is to be expected in a city like Tokyo. The bathroom had a pretty low ceiling as well. But the shower was great and powerful. Had a...

Pros: - Location, near to Kayabacho station, minimarts and cafes (walking distance) - Clean towels and toiletries provided daily (even when you didn’t request for ‘make up room’ service) at your door. - Breakfast included - Free WiFi, rather fast - Refrigerator provided - Toiletries: toothbrushes with toothpaste, sponge, bath fizz, razor, and soap, shampoo and et cetera. Pretty much...

Close to the subway but make sure you walk out on the East side exit. Close and easy to Tokyo. Quite a ways from HND. $50 taxi ride. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean, small, bed hard, cold (there is a heat/ac unit but it blows hot then cold air) Next door to convenience stores and a block from Starbucks.

I love this hotel. The room was small, but so efficient. I was more than happy to see that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and everything you could possibly need. Management were very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was great, it kept me and my brother full until past lunch. I will most likely come back next year. I miss...

Location: Walking distance (with tolerable distance) from JCAT and Tokyo station. But if you are not into walking 20-30 mins of walk can be tiring. But there is train station 5-7 mins away. Environment is very safe and quiet. Food: very few selection but really good. I am always filled. Internet: Very fast, I had no problem. Sleep: OK, I...

I stayed a total of 5 nights here and it is so easy to get to everywhere in tokyo as both the JR train and Subway stations are close to the hotel. The rooms aren't huge but they are big enough! The only annoying thing is they made me pay the price of a whole night to check in early.

I was pleased with the room although it was small by Western standards. The bathroom had everything I could possibly need regarding toiletries. The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the train station, which was very convenient. The area was not loud and there were several restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was disgusting. The orange juice taste d...
