The hotel was very clean. Building was a bit old and tired though. The capsules were pretty roomy-we stayed in a 2 person capsule. It was a more comfortable sleep than expected but I would not be comfortable for more than a short couple of days at most. The stay was slightly let down by the staff, as the cubicle...

What would a trip to Tokyo be without sleeping in a capsule!!?? This place was awesome and the staff were very accommodating. Everything was immaculately clean and well appointed, parking was available on site with advanced reservation and the proximity to the subway was a 1-2 minute walk. We loved it so much we stayed a second time on our...

We slept here 1 night in a duo capsule. Very nice to do when in Tokyo. The capsule is only very bad ventilated thus it can be very warm. The hotel is located near metro and big mall..starbucks is 2 minutes walk Other facilities are old but clean but hey it is cheap!

This is a great budget option for a Tokyo stay. It allows couples to stay in the same capsule. We stayed for four nights and I was surprised by how roomy the capsules were - we had spent quite a lot of time recently in a two-man tent camping - so the capsule seemed like luxury! The beds were really...

Not exactly the best of location, but it is easy to find. We (family with a 10year old) have no problem with the hotel - hb loves the jacuzzi. We booked the double bed and I noticed that there are only 3 families on the day that we stay, and the staff arrange it such as we are equally spaced...

It took me ages to find a capsule hotel for couples because normally they are for one person occupancy only. I got lucky because I found this hotel online and booked it as soon as I read the good reviews. They have all the ammenities that you need even pjs and slippers. They have lockers too to store all your...

A nice capsule hotel. We took double space capsules for a single person, but next time we would take single space capsules for a single person. Nice, clean, staff is ok. Do not expect a personal touch cause you should not look for a personal touch in a capsule hotel. We would definitively stay again on a future trip in...

really recommend this to any couple who wantvto try capusules. its near to Kiba station and clean safe version of capsule hotel ... unusually it has capusules for couples.. Certainly less full on and less seedy than single sex ones available in smaller towns

Front office staff helpful. 10 min walk to station. Confusing set up, until you get accustomed to it. Shower/spa good facility, but floor slippery. Good supply of toiletries, including cotton buds and skin lotion. TV in cube not many channels. Can purchase pay TV card. Vending machine in common area makes coffee for 90 yen. WIFI only works in level...

Comfortable bed with lots of space in a fully-equipped capsule. We expected a lot less to be honest. Plus points for the jammies, toiletries, and jacuzzi but minus points for the locker room shower with no dividers or curtains. Great location too - walking distance to Kiba station.
