The Apa hotel in Kiba is a three-star hotel, yes, but boats a couple of features that make me rate it higher: Refill of amenities of good value every day, clean and quiet, welcoming staff (even if not all of them speak English they will quickly scoot out back to grab hold of one who does), close-by minimarts (with ATMs...

Very reasonable priced hotel. Great selection of food for breakfast. Every day some hot and cold dishes slightly varied so that long stay guests would not get bored. Rooms very small but very tidy and comfortable. Soft beds and good Wi-Fi. Guest supplies in the room such as disposable slippers, hair brushes, tooth brush, razors and hair bands were replaced...

I stayed in a single room at APA Hotel Tokyo Kiba for 1 night as a base for Tokyo Disney. We drove to the hotel. There's limited parking in the area, and we just about managed to find a spot when we arrived at the hotel just after 10pm. Being Tokyo though, we expected this. The hotel was about a...

Thank you for staying at APA hotel <Tokyo Kiba>. We are glad that you are satisfied with the stay with us. The beds in our guest rooms were specially designed by the famous Sealy corporation. It is called the "Cloud fit", as it feels as if you are on top of a cloud. Our guest rooms are designed compact, but...

Staff are friendly and accommodating. And it is near to a train station. It is also near to food stalls/restaurants and convenience store. However, their elevator is too narrow as if it can only accommodate three persons at a time.

We arrived in the hotel really early because the bus that we took from Nagoya arrived at Nihombashi station at 6am and we took the subway to Kiba. It was raining that time and the hotel was fully booked so we didn't have a choice to check in early so we just waited for a bit in the lobby until...

Thank you for your stay at APA Hotel Tokyo Kiba. We are sorry that you couldn't have your room right away as it was fully booked. Usually you can check in before 3p.m. by paying extra charge of 1000yen/hour, but in the early morning it is difficult since there are still lots of guests remaining before check out time. We...

The hotel is a bit tired and not quite like the pictures you see on the internet, the rooms are extremely small, the small double is very much a single room with no room to move around for 2 people. I went with my niece and had to pay virtually double in the end to get enough space for our...

The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. The staff were polite and responsive to requests. The travel to/from Disney involved several transfers. It's not an ideal location for Disney, but we made it work. Reasonably priced and located. We would stay here again.

Stayed here 7 nights and it was too long for the very small size of the room. Noisy neighbours. Thin walls and doors noisy upon opening and closing. Close to Tokyo Station via Kiba Station. Bathroom drain clogged while showering within 1 minute!

First mistake in booking was thinking this would be close to Tokyo Big Sight, second that it's close to a rail station, and third that it's close to anything of interest. And, the no-frills, one-elevator APA property doesn't have frequent taxi service, although off-duty drivers seem to park there to sleep between shifts. In short, don't do it, and only...
