Unfortunately My agent make 2 reservations: 1 is for wed night and the other is from thu to sun. It took the reception on IHS desk 45min to combine the two and find one non smoking room which I hope not to change room on Thu. In the end, in order to get one nonsmoking room, I have to change...

Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and grand daughter. We had a lovely room overlooking a beautiful view of the Tokyo 'Eiffel' Tower. The beds were so comfy and the room sparkling clean. There was every kind of convenience you would ever need. We did not eat here except for Coffee and Croissants. The entire staff were friendly and helpful....

Great hotel in a very good location. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Great service as usual from Intercontinental. Location is very good for walking and local restaurants. Really nice French Brasserie next door , feels like Paris ! Hotel a bit pricey but good for location in Tokyo. First time at this hotel, will definitely visit again

It was our second stay at the ANA Intercontinental, my friend Helen's choice coz of the convenient location. We were here four years ago and the room was a bit worn out, guest room bathroom disappointing and service not so friendly nor flexible. Back then we had to pump shampoo and shower gel from the big container on the wall!...

This is everything you would expect from the Intercontinental in a city like Tokyo - quality and attention to detail, but not cheap! There is lots nearby, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is well worth a visit.

This is a very good hotel, but average for the Intercontinental brand. The hotel is well situated near Rappongi and Akasaka, with convenient metro access. Rooms are compact but larger than many Tokyo hotels. In terms of food quality, we were disappointed with breakfast - both in terms of variety and quality - so did not try any of the...

The one reason I don't give this a 5 star is the same reason some other people said. We got a special weekend rate 25460¥ a night including a wonderful buffet breakfast. But as an Intercontinental Hotel I would expect individual amenities in the bathroom and not the pump bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. I...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
