Grand Hyatt Ropponki Hills is exceptional with a zen like swimming lap pool with a whirlpool sauna in the center and a most wonderful spa and gym, great eating outlets and service. Room is quite neat and spacious with very sleek decor.

Room, location and service were all excellent. Really disappointed with the breakfast which had limited choice although the quality was good and service again was excellent. Right at Ropponggi Hills so lots of choice for lunch and dinner if you want to get out of the hotel but a very, very good steak place on site and the French Cafe...

Having done extensive business in Japan earlier in my career, my knowledge of the Tokyo lodging choices is fairly robust. Most recently I visited Tokyo with my wife and two teen children (all of their first time). Up until now, the Park Hyatt was my go-to hotel of choice. No longer. The Grand Hyatt excel in all facets of the...

Stayed at Grand Hyatt for 3 nights on my first trip to Tokyo. Hotel's location was great, right at Ropoongi Hills, where there's easy access to everything - shopping, dinning, transportation. The hotel itself is very modern, with great facilities and amenities. I arrived on Friday night and was promptly escorted to front desk. Checking into the hotel took less...

We traveled in December 2016 with family. The hotel is very centrally located in the More complex walking distance to subway/rail stations, as well as a large mall with Starbucks and plenty of food options. Our room was an executive suite with a bedroom, separate sitting room, and one and a half baths. The room was incredibly large by Tokyo...

Fantastic customer service, best I've experienced. The rooms are starting to date and does not present a consistent level of quality when compared to the public areas of the hotel (e.g. Guest lobby, restaurants).
