The hotel was very clean. The bathroom felt posh with nice smelling soaps. I sent my luggages from Kyoto via taqbin, and my luggages were waiting in my room when I checked in, very convenient. Good service too. I booked here for one night stay before early morning flight to Haneda airport. The train ride was quite short but need...

I love my stay here and will definitely come back! The price and location were perfect. The room was clean and cute; the queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a contemporary toilet with a warm seat and even a bidet. We stayed 3 nights after getting off of our cruise ship in Yokohama, Japan. From there we...

The hotel is very good, with nice comfortable room and all amenities needed during a short stay. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is bigger than other similar hotels in Japan. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the trainstation where you can catch a bus for Haneda airport. Very good value for money.

We didn't expect much about this place but we were positively surprised. For a very raisonable price in Tokyo, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was small but nothing bad compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. Definitly a good choice if you arrive late in Haneda, which was our case.

Near to the JR station, but not easy to locate with entrance facing inside. Room is clean and new with wifi support. However, the wifi setup is not user friendly and need to input the guest number when logon each time. The temperature could not be adjusted beyond the limit (19C) and was too hot to sleep.

This is a very practical hotel to stay in. The price is reasonable and the location is excellent. This hotel is very near Kamata Station which is your access to be able to go around Tokyo. The Kamata Station has malls and restaurants too. The room is very clean and smells good. Housekeeping did a great job in ensuring we...

We stayed here for 3 nights after a long overnight flight to Japan. When we first walked in we weren't greeted at all, they look at us all confused. We got in about 1230 and check in wasn't till 3. We asked one of the staff if there was any chance we could check in a little earlier, but repeatedly...

Kamata is a commuting suburb for Tokyo. The MyStays Kamata in an area with a few 7-11 sized supermarkets, restaurants of all types and the train station all within a couple of blocks. The train station has a modern mall above it with lots of great restaurants. Bedrooms at MyStays are snug (bigger than small). Just big enough for a...

It is very close to the subway station. The area around is interesting and there is plenty of things to do within walking distance. There is a laundry room near the lobby with a great coffee maker; both free of charge. The cleaning staff was very friendly and thorough. The 5th floor has vending machines for beer, ramen, and other...
