This is a modern hotel with reasonable sized rooms and free Wi-fi. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is great if you have an early flight. Leave plenty of time as the buses don’t seem to follow the timetable.
Keikyu Ex inn Kamata is 5 min walk to the JR Kamata station, where you can take the Jr line to Shinagawa station. its pretty new and the room is really really small. there are many restaurants and cafes around.

Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until
late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.

Although the train is the fastest way to take you from Narita to Kamata (Keisei-Railway > Kekyu Railway), I am hesitant to recommend it to you because you seem to have lots of bags. My suggestion is to Take a 'Airport Limousine bus' from Narita to Haneda Airport, and then take a taxi (or a local train) which takes about 10 min. (It is about 10 min walk from train station). Alternatively, take JR Narita Express to Shinagawa, transfer to Keihin Tohoku line to JR Kamata, though you have to ask JR counter at Narita and make sure that you are taking the right trains.
