There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.

Unfortunately no matter how you slice it will take about 2 hours. If you have luggage, you can use the JR Narita Express directly to Shibuya. (If you are buying a Japan Rail Pass it’s included). But it takes quite a long time. (about 90 mins) And then take a taxi or hotel shuttle bus from the station because hotel is not really near the station.
If you don’t have luggage or a train pass The Keisei Skyliner is much quicker only takes 35 minutes into city but drops you all the way on other side of town either in Ueno (from there take Ginza subway line to Shibuya). Or Nippori (from there take JR Yamanote line to Harajuku). This will actually be slightly faster But not much Because you have to take two trains. It will be significantly cheaper unless you have a train pass hope this helps
