Stayed here for 2 nights in January 2017, the hotel is clean, as was the room, the reception staff are helpful and english language is good. If your room has a breakfast included make sure you go to the restaurant on the 2nd floor, we made the mistake of going to the bar/coffee shop downstairs at the front, the food...

Stayed in this hotel for 8 days and was given one of their suite which was big by Tokyo standards. The suite was pleasant and clean but other members of my family stayed in a small and cramped room on the lower floors, better lighting would've made it more desirable. I liked that the location was just minutes from the...

We were upgraded to the suite since it was our honeymoon (it was greatly appreciated!!) - it was a smoking room so the scent was unpleasant however the suite was beautiful and the spaciousness was definitely a plus especially in a place like Tokyo! The staff were professional and well mannered. The complimentary breakfast was meh - would probably recommend...

I had a wonderful 3 night stay in this hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly, as they also accommodated to all our requests. They helped us call a taxi for an early morning flight and also gave us extra bottles of the green tea shampoo as a gift just because my mom mentioned she loved it and was wondering...

We stayed at the Granbell overnight and didn't really enjoy it. While located next to the main station, it is quite challenging to find if you have never been to this place before. The staffs were not very friendly (both during check-in and check-out) and did not speak good English. The room was very small, but clean. Despite that, I...

Stayed in the Artistic Single Room with the clear view into the bathroom and absolutely loved it! Staff were accomodating and nice although sometimes the language barrier made it difficult to communicate (but that it expected in Japan). I recommend catching a bus from the airport to Cerulean then walking to Granbell (there's still a small hill but it saves...

I stayed at the Granbell for a week. The room was clean and large for Tokyo. I had a problem at check in which was odd and nobody ever cleared up the issue for me. Also the included breakfast could be better. The restaurants are a bit broken down. All in all it was ok. Would I stay there again?...

We were warned in the reviews about the size of the room. We got a deluxe room, with a larger bed. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. We liked the breakfast. We used the dry-cleaning at the hotel, and were completely satisfied. The staff was very nice. The pizza place adjoined to the hotel was nice....

Recently stayed here in a premium double room the room was quite large and spacious very clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was included very basic but still breakfast and coffee. The hotel is within walking distance to Shibuya crossing, shops restraunts and stations. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
