That Citadines is a very pleasant local, with confortable rooms and nice staff. it's location is very good near train and metro station. There a lot of restaurants and shops near and also the nice Shinjuku Park. Even the noise of the Kabukicho area we dont't listen from the apartments.

With polite and courteous staff, walking distance from the Shinjuku station and prime location in the Kabukicho area, we highly recommend staying at this hotel. The room size was very good. The reputation the street has for touting wasnt observed, and we felt safe walking around at night. The staff spoke great English and were only too happy to help...

It was an excellent place to stay. It is in a convenient location despite being in an area of more adult activity. It is close to Golden Gai, Kabukicho, Isetan, Shinjuku Station, Omoide Yokocho. Although the night activity is high the rooms were quiet.

The room size is okay, the service is very good, the location is ease for shopping and travelling to other place. However, the bed is a little bit small. There is a Lawson in the hotel which is very convenient.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days during april. The customer service is exceptional, and everything met our standards. Would willingly recommend to anyone. The only time I would not stay there is if you needed access consistently to the Kyoto Main station where the shinkansens leave from. We made a few day trips to Hiroshima and koyasan...

My second time to stay here and my 5th time for a Citadines property. Location-wise, its excellent. Close to Shinjuku Station, Shinjuku Gyoen and short ride to Shibuya, and other major attractions in central Tokyo. Room is great, always like Citadines room, although not too big but not too small either, just right without compromising the space. I don't usually...

We stayed at the Cytidines Central for 3 nights and had a great time....The Hotel is close to metro stations, bus terminals, shopping areas, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was also excellent. Very clean and the breakfast staff very helpful in proving for my needs. The counter staff were also great. Spoke enough English to assist us with our check...

Let's start by check in: it was swift and efficient but not particularly friendly. Not a smile... Robotic receptionist. Nothing like the usual Japanese kindness. The room: very small, cleanish... the bed linen needs to be replaced asap. It is completely yellowed with stains. I guess it's been used in smoking rooms. I complained this morning and hopefully will get...

Staying at the Citadines Shinjuku was a good choice in terms of location. The station is only a short walk away. The area itself had a number of great restaurants and sights. The room was clean and serviced daily even though on the small side. Reasonably priced. Reception Staff were helpful and assisted us in any way they could.

Room is clean and very convenient to travel another station. And they have given us the free breakfast for in one day, it is delicious ~ But the hotel service is not good enough. I maybe recommend my friends to stay here next time.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
