Arrived hotel 10mins early before 2pm. And they didn't allow me check in asked me to wait for another 10mins until 2pm sharp eventhough the room is available. So rediculous but fine. Stayed for 4 nights but only entitled for 1day house keeping. Need pay...More

I've stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed a wonderful location, just 7 mins walk from Shin-Okubo station (on the Yamamote line). Even though Okubo station is closer, the "Chuo" train line isn"t as convenient as Yamamote, so I've just walked the extra 2 mins...More

Hi there.. The Twin Comfort Room has one double bed and one single bed. That worked for our booking (me, my wife and our teenage son) than requesting for three single beds as the space isn't that big.
