Room was about what I would expect in Tokyo (enough room to swing a small cat with a medium length tail). Stayed in a twin room to give a bit more space. Good location with a 5min walk from Shinjuku Station. Worth noting, while it does have individual aircon in the room you can set it to cold - only...

We booked this hotel include with the air-tickets. The hotel located near Shinjukunishiguchi Station and Shinjuku station. Convenient location, it has 7-11, Lawson, restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is public park next to the hotel. In the morning, you can see Japanese worker lifestyle around that area. The room is small, but it's comfortable and it has enough...

In total my partner and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days (start and end of our Japan trip) The Hotel is easy to find. It is close enough to Shinjuku station and Kabukicho for an easy walk, but also far enough away to be buffered from the commotion when you need a break. For the price and as...

Really nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly although their English wasn't the best. Room was clean although a bit small but that was expected from previous rooms. The toilet was fun to use. Good location near lots of restaurants and the train station.

We stayed in a twin room on the 6th floor. Compared to some other Tokyo hotel rooms, this room had enough for our 2 large suitcases, backpacks and still had room to move around in. The bathroom is the typical plastic style, common in Japan but was a decent size. Vending machines with drinks, beers, noodles and microwaves are located...

Great, cheap hotel near central train stations. I initially missed the hotel due to the density of the area. If walking from the JR lines, be on the lookout for a small public park that is in front of the hotel. My room was the perfect size for a solo traveler staying for 3 days. Also, amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc)...

Being in walking distance from Shinjuku station with all sorts of restaurants and amenities nearby you will not go wrong choosing this hotel. Our room were of a good size in view of price and location. Would come again, but hoping that the bathroom would be refurbished, as this was somewhat worn. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
