Stayed for New Years eve with a friend of mine and as expected it was considerably expensive due to the date.
What did we get? A very small room, no breakfast, no wifi.
The hotel had a very dated feel to it. When i was...More
Great location near to JR Shinjuku station (connected underground via the "Subnade,"). Surrounded by Kabukicho and Golden Gai nightlife area. The room was small but comfortable. Hotel is well kept, recently refurbished room was attractive with awesome views of skyscraper district. We had a nice...More
There could at least be some method of getting a coffee before departing at 07.00 to get a plain to Seoul! There should be room service available. There should be an anti-slipping matt in the bath, I slipped and broke two ribs because of that...More

They do not provide air conditioning even if it is cold weather. I complained about cold air in hotel room and they turned on heater but the next day air conditioning did not function again.

Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for
cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
I'm sure they do, but I would suggest contacting the hotel directly and inquiring. Also, it's not likely to be free. They will happily hold your bags if you arrive before check in or want to stay in the area after check out... More
