Better book upscale room, not economical one as these are very tiny and cannot even place suitcases properly and turn around in room. Prices of upscale rooms and size should also be indicated in offer

Hello, first time in Japan this April. Arriving Haneda at 2:00 pm. Is it better to take the bus or the train considering the traffic getting into Shinjuku? Which one has better scenery? Thanks for helping out.

Hi My name is Alan Mitchell and I stayed in room 1613 last night. The room was booked under the name of Greg Emery I left a small black toilet bag on the shelf under the basin in the bathroom. I am coming back to stay at your hotel again on Wednesday night. Can you please hold the toilet bag until I return. It is important to me as it has my medication in it. Can you please confirm by reply email that you have it.
