Great location close to Shinjuku. The airport limousine bus stops at the hotel so that's a great way to get from Narita airport and only costs around Y3000. We had a Plaza Deluxe room which gave us access to the club room. The room was excellent, very spacious. Bed very comfortable. My only problem was the buffet breakfast, expensive at...

First time in Japan, but was pleased and impressed with everything about this hotel. From the moment that you arrive for checking in till the time you check out, my experience was a wonderful one and has no hesitation in staying here again. Room size was rather large with all amenities included. The shopping area is also a few minutes...

We stayed for 4 nights and we were upgraded to a Premier Grand room on the 39th floor. This gave access to the lounge on the 45th floor which has free cocktails and snacks from 5-7 pm and a nice Western breakfast. The room itself was spacious and clean with high quality L'Occitane shampoo, lotions etc. The view was terrific...

We arrived in Tokyo after a long flight from the UK. This hotel is well situated in a good location for shops and the station. Very modern with all the technology one would expect in Japan. Fabulous large room and bathroom with facilities provided. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant. Western breakfast is also available.in a separate restaurant. A...

We stayed a total of 8 days in Keio Plaza hotel in early April and it was great. The best part of the hotel was it's location. Right in the center of Shinjuku and if you are in Shinjuku, then you have entire Tokyo covered from a convenience perspective. There are 2 different exits for the hotels which lead to...

When we first arrived at the hotel at 7am from a long overseas flight, our room was ready but we weren't allowed to go yet for some reason. The hotel staff were extremely nice about it all and took good care of our bags until we could check-in. I was surprised at how exceptionally the people speak English, even the...

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and we were extremely satisfied. We stayed in a Premier Grande room, and it was fantastic. The room itself was large, very sleek and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a technological marvel, with a separate toilet with sensors that automatically turned the light on when you approached it, and even opened the...

Large rooms and the most comfortable beds ever! Exceptionally clean and neat. Ate at the Buffet one night which , although pricey , was fabulous for the kids. The porters went way over what is expected of them - sooo helpful and worked out all our transport problems with a smile!

My second visit to this hotel in 18 months! I enjoy the location, restaurants near by and an excellent sundry store in the hotel. The traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing and service was taken seriously. Room comfortable in the Main tower floor 31 and higher very spacious compared to the cramped room my last visit. Love that they have luggage...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
