I traveled to Tokyo for business with the government. The location of the Hyatt Regency is excellent for using the Metro and quickly reaching government offices at Ichigaya and elsewhere. The service at this hotel is exceptional!

We used the train and subway taking the JR Narita Express from Narita to Tokyo Station and the Oedo subway to the stop at Metropolitan building area stop which is under the Hyatt
Sorry, I do not know regarding children staying at the hotel--best bet is to contact either central reservations or the hotel directly. I do not recall seeing any children while at the hotel. Sorry

Please ask the hotel. But this hotel is definitely bigger in space compared to others. Hyatf usually have a good reputation. Please indicate your needs and tell them in advance.
