For the price you pay, it is expected that everything is 5 star. Rooms were spacious and buffet was delicious. There is a free shuttle bus every 20 mins from the hotel to Shinjuku station. However, the last bus back from Shinjuku station is 9.50pm....More

We used the train and subway taking the JR Narita Express from Narita to Tokyo Station and the Oedo subway to the stop at Metropolitan building area stop which is under the Hyatt

Sorry, I do not know regarding children staying at the hotel--best bet is to contact either central reservations or the hotel directly. I do not recall seeing any children while at the hotel. Sorry
