Location wise, it is a few minutes walk away from the Shinjuku station. It is one of the hotels which is the pick-up/drop-off point for airport limousine bus and I believe, a few day tours. They have a Main Hotel Building and an Annex Hotel Building, so please make sure you book and make your way to the right one....

The rooms here are tiny - even compared to Japanese standards. The rooms do not have control of the temperature from the air con and it appears there is no cooling function to the system. We went in the spring time and the room would not get below 26 degrees. It was like being in a sauna. At first I...

I stayed in this hotel for 5D4N during my holidays in Tokyo-Japan. The room is quite small, but it's ok, I don't need a big room just for sleep. The room also very comfort. In the bed you can charge your mobile phone with USB cable, so no need to bring convertion plug for your charger. My favorite part was...

We went quite a while ago, and the room is very small. Its hard to put your luggage. Just go with 1 small bag and use Ta-Q-bin or JALPAC to move your other bags to your next hotel. That way you can have a bit of space. Convenience store is downstairs in side podium, and quite a number of restaurants...

Very standard Japanese hotel... so don't be surprise when you open the door and feel that the room seems to be smaller than what you see on the website. We booked two rooms one with three beds and the other which seemed to us a queen size bed. The hotel has very standard amenities. Soap & Shampoo are pretty standard...

Very good service from friendly efficient staff. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, 7-11 type small supermarket on ground floor. Just check the room size before booking. The room we had was quite adequate but we had been warned to take notice of the size of the rooms. Buffet breakfast was very nice with a variety of Japanese and Western...

We stayed here for two nights, as a stop over on our way to London, I was shocked at the small size of the rooms, we had two medium sized suitcases and had to put one in the bathroom. If you were sleeping against the wall, and had to get out at night, you had to climb over the other...

Booked twin room but got a room with 3 beds. Tight for space but had everything we needed (including pyjamas). Easy to find via subway from Shinjuku station and near to some lovely restaurants. Free umbrellas when it rains!

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
