Decent budget hotel, good location near to a main train station, though tiny rooms. They claim the receptions are English speaking, which can be important to tourists, but my experience was patchy, with making ourselves clear when checking in proving difficult. Still, a recommendation.
Good option for a hotel in the heart of Tokyo, its location is ideal because it's in the middle of the shopping district and at few minutes from the public transportation.. the hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable and personnel is niceMore

Ikebukuro is an area of massive development. Several thousand tenants occupy two giant department stores and shopping malls, where all sorts of shopping and gourmet foods can be enjoyed. The 60-story building at the east entrance of the station, Sunshine City, is a landmark within Ikebukuro and features an aquarium, planetarium, theme park as well as an observation platform. The popular name for the western side of
this area is "Otome Road" (Maiden Road) and there are many shops selling products related to anime with a female theme. It has rapidly become the worldwide headquarters for ‘otaku’ or geek culture.

The best way of transportation is taking a Narita Express train for Ikebukuro station. After getting off a train, walk to east exit of station and along Meiji street to the hotel. It takes 5 mins from the station. Check train timetable on Google in advance as they have a few of trains for Ikebukuro an hour depend on your arrival time . Alternatively, you can get a limousine bus for SunShine Price hotel. But I do not recommend you it because you need to walk to from Sunshine in with baggage.
If you have further question, please email to the hotel directly.
We look forward to seeing you then.
