Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room is roomy. There is a balcony for a stand out drink. The room is fully equipped with high grade appliances and amenities. The location is fantastic. Exit at Ueno metro 5b to use the elevator. Then turn left and right to walk across a traffic light. Is about 3-4 min walk. There is 3 beds for 3 people.

Good 非常好的地理位置，離上野站，京成電鐵，阿美橫町的位置只有幾分鐘步行距離（一路上推行李都很方便），但是是在相對安靜的區域。
附近有幾家不同的超商，超市則都是在上野站內的比較近（3家中小型）。
房間大小可接受，有洗衣機（附洗衣精，柔軟精），簡易廚房，大冰箱真是太方便了。
浴室功能强大，洗完的衣服可以晾在浴室運用其乾燥功能，幾個小時就乾了（飯店提供大量衣架），非常方便。
每天都可以跟櫃檯補充水，垃圾袋或其他需要的用品或更換毛巾。
工作人員服務態度良好，遇到兩個可以說中文的工作人員。
Could be better 房間比預期的小一點，如果不希望行李擋路就需要將常用衣服取出。無奈整個房間沒有可以放衣服的抽屜，除了洗手檯。 洗手檯設計不佳，所以水很容易濺出來，搞得周遭都濕濕的，所以飯店附了擦手紙。重點是洗手台的水若未擦乾，打開抽屜，水會直接流進抽屜，弄濕裡面的東西，這個很困擾我。 退房後可以寄行李，但行李寄存空間不大。有可能需要放到無冷氣的室外。
