Simple place with all the necessities. Service crew could all speak fluent English. Wifi works well. Walking distance to the subway and there are 24h convenient stores nearby. Check out timing is a little early at 10am though. Would be great if checkout is available...More

Stayto calls itself a hotel but it's definitely closer to a hostel; not that it's a bad thing but it's something to consider. The rooms are akin to small business hotel rooms (not much room to move around) but there are rooms with private bathrooms....More

For JR Station it's Ueno. And as Tuttle51 mentioned already, if you take the Ginza-Line which is one stop from Ueno Station, you can reach Oak Hotel in 3 Minutes at Inaricho-Station. I can recommend that, because with a lot... More

They're really receptive and fairly quick to get back to emails. I'd just email them and ask. They were pretty accommodating when I was there.
