We stayed there in Room 209 last Thursday (8th of December) and using the Crest in Queanbeyan where we stay when visiting Canberra, we were able to make comparisons. As others have commented the rooms are very tired and need refreshing, the bathroom had a broken glass window and a section missing, the bench top was missing a leg and...

We were on a motorbike heading down to Phillip Island for the MotoGP. We were camping for the Saturday night on the Island itself, but needed somewhere for the Friday and the Sunday nights. We hadn't thought things through very well and left this until a few weeks prior to the GP, and with nothing available on the island, this...

The room I was in needed to be renovated with faded bed cover, marked bench top and broken draws. It was clean and very quiet which was ok for one night. Considering the age of the room the cost was too high.

Rsstaurant was not open, wifi did not work, aircon was noisy, road in needed grading. Very tired. Bed was best thing about the room. Definitely not good value for money. No bathroom accessories, no hand towel or face washer.

The motel is next door to the Tyabb airfield where the Air Show is held every two years. As such it's hard to obtain a booking, considering that most of the motel rooms are designated for the vintage aircraft pilots. Here are the advantages of this motel: - next door to the Air Show. We parked our car outside our...

We requested a ground floor room because I am disabled and stairs very difficult to manage. We were told that our room had been upgrade and unfortunately they were booked out. I struggled with getting upstairs to find that the room was very tired looking a coat of paint would give it a lift. There was some machine/pump, who knows...

We were very disappointed with our room. When we walked into our room it smelled quite musty, Carpets are very grubby and stained all bench tops were dusty. Bathroom was a great disappointment (thank heavens we carry glen 20 wherever we go) - No Hand Towels - No face washers - broken bathroom window - dirty fly screens - no...

I expected the worst from some of the reviews but it was actually fine. Hubbie, our two boys and I stayed overnight while enjoying the hot beach weather on the Peninsula and it served its purpose. We had adjoining rooms and the kids loved it. The single beds were actually sofas that you had to pull out, but they were...

We chose the Peninsula Motor Inn because of it location close to the Tyabb Antique centre and other places we were going, Rack rate is very dear for what you get; an extremely dated room with basic amenities. Bathroom had mould growing and it isn't a place you feel clean in! The Bed was right up against the outside window,...
