Stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and think it's even better now. All the factors that we loved before are still there - great (heated) outdoor pool, perfect location for either exploring the Loire region or driving down through France, friendly owners. 2 improvements - the wifi is far better now and breakfast was brought to us on our...

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. First, it is attractive and charming, a welcome sight after an entire day horseback riding. Our room was basic, but clean and included an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are some ground floor rooms, but if you have a room above the ground floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up...

We got this recommendation from trip adviser. Really fantastic for families. The room basic but spotlessly clean. Lovely crisp sheets nice shower room and separate toilet. They had a lovely little pool which was heated and really clean. Also gave you pool towels. Breakfast of pastries, bread, yogurts, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Perfect!! The little town has a...

Owners of the hotel were very polite and pleasant people. To me the place seemed more like a village house than a hotel and the rooms are very basic. It is very good option for one night stay as there are no many options. Breakfast is definitely not worth the 8 euro we paid. There is a bakery close to...

We stayed here recently as part of a tour of Loire chateaux. The hotel is very well located, in the main market square, opposite the market hall. It is approached on a one-way road and the parking, which is situated behind the hotel, is well signed, so you turn up the side road just before the hotel. There is plenty...

We are a family of 4 adults and had a quad room and stayed in January 2015. When we arrived the front door of the hotel was locked, if this happens dont panic, just walk around the back, the door to reception is open and there is a contact number you need to ring and someone will be there in...

Fantastic location for chateau visiting - a 10 minute drive to Chambord and half an hour to Blois and the other are close too. We were only stopping for 2 nights on our way further south but will plan to spend longer and use the hotel as a base for chateau bagging another time. Bracieux itself is small but with...

We (two adults and one teenager) stayed at this hotel for two nights on our 3 week driver tour of France. We stayed in Bracieux as a base for visiting Chateau de Chambord, Chateau de Chenonceau and Chateau de Cheverny (do not miss the 5pm feeding of hunting dogs). The hotel is in a very old building with remodeled rooms....

Felt very welcomed in this hotel by the staff. A really relaxed atmosphere with a courtyard to sit in ( and offers to put our bottle of wine in the fridge). Room clean and comfortable and breakfast good. Garage where bikes could be kept- the village itself is a great centre for routes on the Chateux aux velo routes. No...

“Very Good Hotel but don't get a room in the main building, the rooms in the main building are looking on the street and you can hear every car passing by even with the double glass windows installed. If it is hot, you are out of luck, the rooms in the main building are not equipped with AC (air conditioner) and you will have to open the windows”
