Beautiful property. Extremely good hospitality. Would definitely recommend this for any family looking to enjoy a holiday in Manali. The resort is placed right in between a beautiful valley, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and serene stay. The food is extremely delicious.
This place is one of a kind. It’s an extremely thoughtfully and passionately built place. Not for the masses. It’s best suited for place who respect privacy and truly want to have a quality time with self or with family. Staff is like family. Food is BRILLIANT!! EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM IS SO TALENTED AND EXTREMELY HUMBLE. I have a home in the hills forever at SHIVADYA! For peace and nature lovers, this is your place! 10/10♥️ - a very happy resident Gaurav AMLANI
Worst hotel, terrible staff, liars.Very stingy and unprofessional.Didn’t even provide heaters to us even though they had it.We saw them.We were the only guests for consecutive 3 days.Imagine how terrible it was while all the other hotels were booked as we saw on our way.
Nested in the valley, the views were excellent! The service was very good with the staff being very accommodating. The resort is ~ 30 mins from Manali, thus one can enjoy yet be secluded from the hustle bustle of Manali. Given iit's a boutique resort, the food is freshly made to taste and is of excellent quality. Don't miss having breakfast in the outdoors, a memorable experience. Will highly recommend this boutique resort to everyone !
Amazing property, hospitality, food, rooms. Kudos to Mr Ritesh for maintaining the quality and treating guest with passion. It’s more like a home away from home with mesmerising views. Highly recommended for delicious fresh food quality.
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen, with the gardens having some of the most beautiful and biggest roses, trees full of apples, apricots and a view that is amazing. Add to that the cosy rooms, super service and excellent food, it's a place not to be missed.
We spent four wonderful days at the Shivadya Resort, Manali. From the moment we arrived at the property, everything was just perfect. The resort has a magical location. Apple trees at every step, beautifully constructed wooden property. We had a stunning panoramic view from our room of the mountain ranges, some of them snow capped. Nature’s beauty at its most magnificent; it was pure pleasure to walk around, sit, and also have our breakfast surrounded by the apple and peach trees on the property and the mountains all around . Thé rooms are absolutely charming, the huge window (our favorite place) and the balcony being the best features. The staff is extremely warm and courteous. The food served at all meals was exceptionally delicious. We must compliment the chef for these. Our host, Ritesh and his better half Neelam were the warmest people ever. Their presence around the property, suggestions for the sightseeing and also the arrangements made for these and the conversations we had with them made this experience all the more special. They really went over and beyond and made sure that our stay was the most comfortable one. We truly would love to go back to Shivadya someday soon to spend some more beautiful and Unforgettable moments.…
Final base camp for our college friends hiking 🥾 holiday through Tirthan/Lahaul/Manali valleys ….a wonderful boutique property! Ritesh a seasoned hotelier and some one with years of curating outdoor experience in Himachal owns and manages this beautiful place. Great setting, friendly staff, personalised service and home cooked food - breakfast in the garden with mountain views! If you want solitude mixed with luxury and personalised service this is the place in Manali. Thanks Ritesh to you and the extended team for a lovely stay. From all of us 🙏🏼…will be back again soon.
Nestled in the hills is this serene getaway, small, beautiful and homely. Service is good, rooms are clean and food is basic. Ritesh the owner is extremely helpful with advice on places to visit and times to go. If you love dogs you will love Boxy the Shivadya chiller!
Shivadya is a hidden treasure of luxury, nestled very close to Manali yet so far from the crowd. This is one place where we enjoyed above par exceptional hospitality in the mountains. The absolute details in the construction of the Hotel, as per traditional architecture and the fusion of modern luxury, make it THE place to stay in while in Manali. The staff went beyond the call of duty to cater to our requests, be they about food or room service. It was such a pleasure to find such a hidden gem, that we would have extended our stay by a day or two, had it not been for the end of our holidays. TIP: Please try to get out of the comfy beds at a decent time in the morning so that you dont miss out on the sumptuous breakfast spread. we were served breakfast in the lawns / gardens under the Apple trees.…
