Spent 5 nights at the Old Post House and had a very warm welcome. I stayed on business so I wasn't there for the sights but Salisbury, Stonehenge etc are all in 10 minutes drive so a really good base to stay. I had the small single room and it was very comfortable and cosy with a en-suite shower at... More

We had a lovely stay at The Old Post House - 2 children, 2 parents and 2 grandparents (which meant we had the place to ourselves) The owners were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty (excellent poached eggs). The Old Post House has a great little... More

Went to stay at The Old Post House because of a family event and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very comfortable and house very quiet. The most delicious English Breakfast was served each morning by hostess Pauline and host Barry. Host and hostess were very kind and helpful. We shall come back some time, we hope.

I booked this b&b for my parents for there anniversary present as it was fairly near Stonehenge which I had also booked. The b&b was lovely, they were booked into the double beamed room which they was very happy with, although the bed was a little creaky. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delightful, my parents would... More

Friendly hosts, beautiful accommodation and a fabulous breakfast. Set in a peaceful village with a good local pub, great for evening meals. Easy access by car to many local points of interest such as Stone Henge. Perfect for a solo traveller- thank you!

Paulene made us welcome and cooked a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The garden tended by Barry is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately the beds were very soft and not comfortable. The rooms are light and airy but after flying overnight and needing sleep, it would have been nice to have the option of room darkening. Be aware there are steps... More

The Old Post Office is run by a charming couple. It is located in a small village, equal distance from Salisbury and Stonehenge. Paulene fixed a very nice breakfast and served it on beautiful china in a pretty little breakfast room. It was so nice meeting another couple traveling and sharing experiences with them. We had a very nice room,... More
