It is on Luzern Lake. Rooms are big and clean but they are too hot. The service is good. Staff is welcoming and you can speak with them without problems because they are willing. Staff speak German, English and Italian. Breakfast is little, there is only jam and cheese with bread and empty brioche. Another problem is railway because is...

I chose this hotel as [part of a holiday to [photograp[h trains on the Gotthard line. Leave the station and use the subway at the northe end of the staionto cross under the railway. Turn north gain and walk for about 5 m9nutes, do not be p[ut off by the number of closed hotels and restaurants. the hotel is run...

Very nice experience, owners where very friendly.. A bit outdated but very very clean. Rooms where very roomy tons of space. The owners gave us lots of information about the area. Breakfast was included coffee juice swiss cheese, croissants jam, and juice box for the kids as well as milk if requested. I would recommend this place.

Arrived early evening. Having spent 48 years visiting Switzerland, expectation were high, I dont always look at what previous customers have said, wishing to form my own opinions. 1st of all, we noticed the resteraunt was closed, when asked was told "It is closed till February. Why did they not tell us in advance, being there over Christmas, an eveng...

The hotel is no more than 10 minutes walk from the railway and ferry stations. The owners were very friendly and keen to please. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a mountain-facing room which was peaceful. The room was remarakbly cool in spite of the lack of air conditioning and the very warm weather. Breakfast was traditional...

Walking into the hotel is like stepping back in time: I don't think it has been redecorated since the 70s. Having said that it was clean and well-maintained, in a beautiful location, and the owner was one of the friendliest people we'd met on the whole trip across Europe. The room was basic but again was clean and well-maintained. It...

I stayed here with my tour group in the summer of 2008. This was a very nice hotel set in a peaceful atmosphere. The lake (yes, it is Lake Lucerne) is right across the hotel over the train tracks, which is a beautiful breathtaking scene from the balcony rooms facing the lake. It is also quite refreshing if you decide...

Switzerland is beyond words. It is immensely breathtaking and my stay here was so pleasant. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel rooms were simply furnished but had pretty details. They had balconies in most rooms which was incredible. The employers are all great and the owners are very pleasant. It's right in front of a lake (not Lucerne) and...
