Unfortunately i cannot leave this review to be written, because there are so many thing to mention. I will start with a service in restaurant, if you want a table and classis then you need to find a waiter and pay them. Other way you must be satisfied with plastic cups. We thought that there are so many people and service will suffering because of that, but no the waiters didn't care at all. At the reception also nobody cared about your worries. They don't reply to your emails and seems like they are so f.. busy all the time. We choosed this hotel, because we were there 8 years ago with two small kids and vacation was super. This time everything went wrong. First one I booked family room ( the previous time we were a family duplex) and it was perfect. This time we wanted to try something else. Our room was on the third floor. Room was very nice and the view was perfect but the road noise was terrible. We tooked 11 nights. Every day we asked to change room but every day we got the same answer, please ask tomorrow morning. I understood the hotel is fully booked. Beside the road noise there was also one elevator which made a creak between the third and fourth floor, so all night along was this creak and creak as someone drags the chair back and forth all the time. Yes, I'm sorry that I'm so sensitive and didnt drink enough to sleep so deeply, without suffering this noise. One day our youngest son got a fever and we discovered with horror that the air conditioner doesn't work anymore on the cooling regimen. It was 25 degrees outside, but the air conditioner was switched on for heating ( because it was in the end of season). So we need to sleep with the open window:) There were also concert outside which even come into the room. UHH Let me explain why I'm especially sensitive, because our oldest son fell ill in this hotel with a stomach virus and was in Alanya hospital 6 days. There were also other kids who suffered with the virus in this hotel! How we get to the hospital is already particularly incredible. He vomited on Monday morning. Then we visited the hotel doctor, he called a car to drive us to the hospital. We waited 20 min. behind the doctor room door. Then we went outside, where an ambulance car team smoked with a security lady, our doctor also light a smoke and then they got to look at each other's tattoos...we waited next to them. Really! i was so shocked about this situation that even though once maybe they will offer sigar also to me and my 12 years old sick child ( why didn't they let the sick child into the car!?) This situation ended very quickly, because my child just fainted there!!!! There are nice territory and many activities but the quality of service are very, very bad. All we got was disappointment, tiredness and a lot of tears.

Unsure we’re to start really everything was extremely poor. Starting with the room which looked great but stunk of damp, hair dryer didn’t work for more than 30 seconds rang reception who explained this was normal. In 27 degree weather the air on won’t go on receptions answer open the door, we were close to the night club and the music didn’t go off until 4am same as the changing colour of the balcony light so don’t expect to sleep. The maids will knock and inform you you have not left a tip after your first night or that she’s is going home so you will tip her. The food was at times inedible and catered for Russian appetites, if you think you’ll get rest bite from the horrendous buffet your in for another let down on the first day we tried to book into the other restaurants to be informed they were all fully booked for rest of the trip. The alcohol on offer was awful as was the attitude of most of the Russian guests I’m am totally baffled as to how this hotel is 5 star. The pools were clean and sadly highlight of the holiday

From the time we arrived late in the evening with small children there was issues. To top it off each and everyone on the trip ( 7 people) were ill with vomiting and diarrhoea!!! The food and resort is more catered to Russian people who in the ones I encountered are extremely rude and don’t know anything about personal space. Alanya itself is beautiful and plenty of places to see and eat out. My family would never return to long beach resort

We booked this for a family holiday, reviews seemed good and seemed like it was entertaining for the kids. Most of the staff are rude and not helpful or friendly, there was a odd few who were helpful, our maid was very nice. We booked a family deluxe room but we was giving a hut which had to separate rooms, as the hut is made from wood it was so noisy, every step the people above us took we could hear, even when they used the toilet. Which made it difficult for kids to sleep.it’s so noisy at night time, there is really loud music playing until around 2/3am! Our bathroom constantly smelt! The food is not nice at all and don’t really cater for kids, in fact we spent 3days being unwell from the food! This hotel is far from a 5* more like a 3*. The beach is not nice and water looks so dirty! Would not recommend.
