Good bed, duvet and decorations. Rooms have a nice feel to them. Soft drinks in the room are included in the price. Staff are polite and friendly. The breakfast menu is good as is the dinner menu. There aren't that many rooms so you need to book quickly.

10 of us celebrated Valentine's here at Kesgrave Hall - held in The Hanger. Beautifully decorated, excellent dinner (always served piping hot ) and good music for dancing. Enjoyed by all. The service is always excellent too.

There are many nice things about this hotel. It is very comfortable and clean. The staff are very good; efficient and attentive, although reception is a little hit and miss. The food is excellent and the menu provides plenty of choice. The lounge has big sofas which means that sometimes you will share an area with other guests, this encourages conversation...

Kesgrave Hall is set in a lovely surroundings, with rooms inside and out. Ours was in a single row just outside and was very spacious and comfortable. The overnight package included an evening meal, breakfast and champagne on arrival. There was a pleasant relaxing area for pre drinks, and the restaurant area was well laid out, smaller but less hectic...

I had a fantastic evening at a charity event for EACH. The food was amazing (ham hock/beef/passionfruit cheese cake) which was presented beautifully & the staff were attentive & polite. The hanger was decorated fantastically & the DJ was epic. Had a brilliant evening!

Having been to all the Milsom hotels, we loved Kesgrave hall. Great food, spacious room, we stayed in the White House, lovely food you can see being prepared in the lovely kitchens. Only one suprise, that we had to pay for our stay in full on arrival, not experienced that at any of the other Milsoms in the group, so...

This was not my first visit to Kesgrave Hall, it was however, my first couples visit. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at Kesgrave is polite, respectful and speaks perfect English. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a truly delightful room over looking the gardens and everything was just right. From the complimentary soft drinks to the high quality tea...

Both visually and insofar as service is concerned, this is by far the best venue in the small chain. The most popular starter is duck wraps and the main haddock & chips. The fish cakes with soft boiled egg is my favourite. You can't book a table, so best to avoid the very busy periods if you are tight for...

Lovely hotel with a highly personal check in experience and a relaxed atmosphere. Very nice room (15) - although on the ground floor close to the restaurant, it was still pretty quiet as it had a short corridor and additional door to keep out the noise. The double room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. Service was excellent and...

Please note we do not reply to any comments posted. Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss your experience further. A superb joint venture between Milsom Hotels and Hills Group. The bistro restaurant has everything you would expect, inventive food alongside classics such as the delightful fish and chips, a buzzing but relaxed atmosphere and wonderful service from a friendly and professional team. Although you cannot book at Kesgrave Hall it is open all day! So you can arrive when you choose. The 'stay' part of eat, drink, stay (our milsoms mantra!) Could not be any more enjoyable. The Principal suites, whilst lavish and grand, are competitively priced and all bedrooms are beautifully designed and fully equipped with the very latest TVs and MP3 players. The bathroom products are lovely too! ... more   less
