This is a good hotel. Usually a solid 4 and some elements of a 5 but I have rated it a 3 due to the bed - just too soft and we had a very disturbed night. I know some people prefer a soft bed but this is the softest I have ever had in a hotel and resulted in...

Beautiful Manor House, excellent service, helpful & friendly staff. Wonderful cocktails mixed by Robert in the bar. The 'Tasting Menu' in the restaurant on Valentine's Day was a delight. Would recommend highly. (The mattress in our room was too soft though).

Stayed in Moreton twin bedded room which was huge with large bathroom with bath and shower and twin sinks. Coffee machine etc provided plus bottles of water and piece of fruit each. Would prefer biscuits. Dressing gowns in wardrobe with clothes brush, iron and board and hair dryer supplied. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Didn't find Control for hearing so ended...

Only complaint when we arrived Saturday we wanted to have tea and cake and they told us because it had been busy with drop ins there was no cake left. They said...

Picture perfect location, beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a suite- we felt so lucky! Everything about the hotel is luxurious, yet relaxed. The staff were so accommodating and the service was at such a high level. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Stayed for a couple of days in foggy January days with few guests and no tourists in what is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the UK. Absolutely beautiful walked ng alone. Hotel first rate and rooms also first rate.

Lovely weekend in a beautifully situated hotel in the Cotswolds. Excellent friendly service throughout from check in and reception to dining. Food in the restaurant was top class, tasting menu with well chosen wine flight. Planning next trip to sample afternoon tea on the terrace.

Stunning hotel, impeccably furnished and maintained in a lovely location. Dinner was a really enjoyable experience although the restaurant could do with a little more atmosphere and theatre. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel...!!
